Esbee Spa & Beauty

Esbee Salon has a nice upscale feel to it without the upscale price tag. Christy cuts my hair is does a wonderful job. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. They offer a variety of services such as manicures, pedicures, massage, facials and waxing, however I have only ever had hair services there. In the city I would have paid at least twice what I pay here for the same kind of place and service.

Antonietta's Grill

I have been to Cobb Mill several times and have always been very pleased with my meals. The calzones and chicken parmesan are delicious. They offer a wide variety of desserts and cheesecakes that taste even better than they look. The service can be a little slow at times and the atmosphere is more like a cafeteria (very open). The food is always prepared fresh and they prepare take out orders quickly.

Aviator Cafe

The food at the Aviator Cafe is excellent. They offer a variety of hot and cold subs, wraps, salads and soups. They also offer smoothies on the menu. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and quickly learns your name. When busy the service can be a little slow but the great food and friendly staff make up for it.

Cook's Country Kitchen

Cooks is a friendly place with good food. The daily special offerings are usually very tasty. Their dessert menu is extensive and everything I have tried is delicious. It gets busy during peak times but they offer a nice amount of seating. Service personnel (military, police, fire, etc...) receive half off their bill when in uniform too!

Grinds & Glazes

Grinds and Glazes has excellent food and coffee. The salads and sandwiches are excellent. They offer a daily special that you can't go wrong with. The service is friendly and fast. The place is very clean and well kept. Their coffee drinks are delicious and they have a lot to offer. Closed on Sunday. Worth stopping by!

Mountain Health Foods

Mountain Health Foods carries a variety of natural and holistic supplies for humans as well as pets! They carry some of the best human grade pet foods on the market today and have pretty reasonable prices. The owner was very helpful and friendly and will order you what you are looking for if she does not carry it in store.

Blairsville Pets & Exotic Bird

I stopped in and was very pleased to see several high quality, human grade dog food choices on the shelves. Their prices on these foods were great as well. The cat food selection was not as impressive, but there a few selections offered. There are lots of bird supplies, dog and cat toys and supplies and I believe a fish section as well. The employees were very nice and friendly. It's great to have a reliable pet store nearby!

J & J Rebuild Appliances

I went in looking for a used washer and dryer at a reasonable price and there were plenty to choose from. The owner was very helpful and his prices are excellent. There are many appliances to choose from. I also needed new wheels for my dishwasher, which he offered me the option to buy new ones or sell me used wheels for less than half the price of the new. I highly recommend stopping here first when looking for a used appliance.

Mountain Management & Realty Incorporated

I contacted this office about rental properties and was continuously reminded of properties I already mentioned I was not interested in. When I selected an available property I was told complete the application and pay the $40 fee, which I did, and I was approved. The manager was aware of my dogs and told me that she would be able to talk the owner into accepting the pets. When she contacted the owners to notify them their property was rented the owner refused to accept the dogs. I was then shown another property that I was not interested in and eventually rented a home not listed by this company. When I contacted Mountain Manager to request my $40 fee back I was told no, that it was nonrefundable. I mentioned that everything on my end was approved and it was no fault of my own that the manager thought she could talk the owner into pets and then was not able to. There are plenty of rentals in the area and I would recommend staying away from Mountain Manager.

Tucson Property Mgmt

We rented a house through Brewer Caldwell 2 years ago and at first things were great. When you are trying to rent one of their properties they make you the highest priority and promptly answer phones and are willing to help. Once you sign the contract you become of little importance to them. When we moved in we called repeatedly attempting to have them contact the owner to grant us permission to install fans, paint and landscaping. No one ever returned our calls. After several weeks I finally researched the mortgage deed through public records on the internet and located the owner and wrote him personally. He immediately responded willing to help us out and was upset with Brewer Caldwell's service.

Since that time we basically contact the landlord anytime we need anything because Brewer Caldwell does not ever return calls. Our lease was up on Oct 31 2007. I called them in September asking for renewal information and never received any. I called again in October and got nothing. Even our landlord was attem
