Perfect peaches in season, and an ice cream parlor that serves great ice cream in the setting of a peach orchard. Mayfield ice creams are featured as well as their homemade peach ice cream! This place gets crowded during the summer! Buy your peaches by the basket!
THE place in Greenville for all your art supplies: oil paints, acrylics, water colors, pastels, pencils, you name it. They have a great selection of canvases and sketch pads. Tools perfect for the professional, student, or amateur. Employees are knowledgable and very helpful. Prices are reasonable too.
You will feel just exactly like a kid in a candy shop in this store. They have all the famous brands of makeup and skincare that you see in magazines and upscale department stores. I LOVE the decor! So modern and fresh. They also offer a spa/salon for facials and other services like waxing and sugaring. You purchase comes in a neat little bag with pink tissue paper to make you feel like a pampered Hilton girl.
I've been going to them for 7 years, and am completely happy! ALWAYS professional and friendly, I have never hesitated to discuss anything personal. They treat patients with respect, and are happy to do everything possible to accomodate your needs and privacy.
I've been going here for four years, and I have always been happy with them. While I normally see just one doctor, I have also seen others. They are friendly and professional, and very helpful. Located near St. Francis Women's Hospital, their office is very clean and well decorated. The waiting room has plenty to keep your mind off the reason for your visit.
This is a wonderful vet clinic. I live pretty far away from them, but I continue to go there for my dogs and cats because of their wonderful services. They also have boarding available, but book early for holidays! Wonderful when I had to put my dog to sleep. They were just good people.
I love Papa John's pizza, but this particular franchise just doesn't meet my recommendations. My order is usually wrong, one time the pizza was burned, and the manager is less than happy to rectify the situation. Now, I pick it up from one of the other locations. I recommend you do the same.
Don't expect Club Med Gym, but Sportsclub does offer all the amenities: daycare for children, TV's for the machines, a weight lifting area, basketball/volleyball court, indoor/outdoor tennis, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and massage. Don't miss out on their wonderful selection of classes: kickboxing, spinning, step, Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi, water aerobics, and sculpting classes. The Ab Blast class really gets results! Join and work with one of their great, highly qualified personal trainers to find the perfect program for you! (slightly more expensive than Gold's Gym, but worth the extra money)
While not a luxury spa by some standards, this is a great place to go for a massage. They also have a wide variety of packages for the couple, the golfer, and those recovering from cosmetic surgery. The atmosphere is very nice, dimly lit with pretty decorative touches. The robes could be a tad softer, cleaner, and just more substantial for optimum coverage. Prices can be high.
This small town barber shop is of a breed that just does not exist anymore. Outside it's brick facade is a spinning barber pole. The antique chairs inside the shop have been there more than 40 years, as has the cash register and just about everything else including the owner/barber, George Urban. George is a fixture in the town of Kilmarnock, and he'll cut your hair and tell you about the town for a few dollars. Have scalp problems? He's the one to ask. In over 50 years of barbering he's seen it all.
PS: There is no phone, walk ins only!
