They have lots of people that work here, especially on the weekends. They get very busy on Friday after work. I like to go on Thurs. They sometimes have a discount during the week and have lots of coupons in the local books. They offer detailing and waxing services and have a nice cool waiting area with snacks.
They help out at local events with vaccines and offer them at a discounted price compared to to an office visit. Clean setting. They cats on one side and doggies on another. They offer boarding of small animals or for older pets that need more care than a pet sitter. Prices are a little high but they offer expert care in a nice office.
This store always has lots of children's books and clothes. The people are helpful and they have good dressing rooms and lots of staff. They have 1/2 off days (ask the staff when the next sale is). They usually have decent kids toys and a few neat unique glass items to put on Ebay. Great regular new donations. Very good store that helps the disabled or poor folks in the community.
They sell new and used items. They are great sale days and coupons in the paper. I found a great antique dresser that was $7.00. They have the best stuff for Halloween. They save these items all year and put out lots of costumes and decorations two weeks prior to the holiday. Lots of wealthy Fort Worth people donate to this site.
These folks get a wide variety of nice donations. They support the battered women's shelter and the children involved. I have found wool lined Lizwear pants for 2.00 along with great dishes and children's clothes. They will also call you if you have a specific item you are looking for. They are located in a little strip shopping center with plenty of good parking.
These folks have a huge upholstery section. They will also upholster a specific line of couch models for you to choose from. They also have a large selection of do it yourself items to choose from (tassels, curtain rods, tools, ribbons etc). They have staff that know how to sew and can give you advice about what types of fabrics you should use for specific jobs.
This is an older bowling alley but the service is good and it is usually less busy than the newer places. They do allow smoking and have alcohol so you may want to take the kids during the daytime. They have updated the shoes for rent and have a big selection of weights for loaner balls. The snack bar is pretty good but a little dated.
I went to this guy two times. The first time was a big money meeting about how much all of his services were. Very expensive and minimal empathy or kindness. Staff were rude and awful and we even had great insurance and money to pay for any services. This Dr. told me he was the Dr. and he did not need any input from me when I asked him why he would put me on a certain drug without any workup (no LAP or blood work) and why he assumed I had endometreosis. I told him I did not have endo. symptoms and had a strong family history of ovarian cancer. I went to another Dr. (Dr. Doody) and had a LAP. I did not have any endo. and became pregnant without any drugs. I left Dr. Howards office crying and upset and all they did was walk away and tell me they would send me a bill. Super awful people. RUN AWAY.
This store has a pretty good selection of new guns and equipment. They provide hunting type gear not regular sporting goods like canoes or packing gear. They sell ammo and all kinds of gun gadgets. They can also recommend a good concealed handgun course.
They have a little of everything but the overall selection is not too great. My husband has bought several Snap On tools here and a tool box. The guns have been overpriced and the jewelery has fairly priced. Some of the stuff they take is pretty beat or old. Minimal music or DVD selection.
