About ten or so years ago they made a new building of it and it runs pretty well. It's clean, quiet, bright and has good temperture control. They even have dvd's! My only gripe would be some of the pc's there look to be getting a bit old. Sometimes you can hear the hard drives grind from afar. Other than that it's fine.
I used to be near there when they went though all the construction. It was amazing the job they did. Granted it took awhile but it was well worth it. The expansion makes it look like something out of Boston or NYC. Extreamly well made and engineered.
These people are certainly better than Adecco but that isn't saying much. I worked for them before on an assignment but I think the client lied to them as to what the job would entail. My duration wasn't that long and I didn't get another assignment.
PROS: The seem honest
CONS: They should confirm more with their clients
It stays the same which is pretty good considering how some switched a good chunk to "disco bowling" and all. It's candlepin but sometimes I prefer that to ten pin. It has some various leagues of different ages. I think they might also host parties as well.
The games take you back a bit as they have some from way back when to now. The place has been around for awhile and probably will continue to do so. It's just a bit far for me personally though.
I went to see Ramsees the 2nd back in the day. It had a excellent listening tour and showed many of the artifacts from that period. They constantly change and rotate some of the exhibits so it isn't the same stereotype of a museum.
It's pretty intersting to see a tobacco shop these days. They carry pretty much all forms. They also stock accesories like humordors for cigars. Also to note they do keep the cigars with a humidity range so they won't dry up...pretty good idea!
the place has been around for awhile and the location is good. The selection is pretty vast and they know their products well. They carry more than just kid ones also bmx, mountain etc.
Fairs these days tend not to be as good as what we thought of as kids. Same rides as they have had before although with this one there have been some incidents in the past. As a result just keep aware of things.
It's nice to see that independent music store can still exist in the 21st century. It's like compairing a big box store of today to the five and dime attention and detail years ago.
Worth the trip
