The Bellevue Animal Shelter is a great place to get your cat or dog fix. There is a huge room full of cats and they let a bucn of them out of their cages and put them in a playroom each day. You are allowed to hold and play with them and just watch how they interact with people and other cats. Their are also a lot of dogs and all will look to you with those brown eyes wanting you to adopt them. The shelter is the largest one I have been in and it's pretty clean. Parking is limited, so get there early on the weekend. Prices are average for adopting a pet.
Our family has had x-rays/ultrasounds done here a few times. Sometimes the wait can be long to be seen, but overall the radiologists are knowledgable and friendly. They were especially helpful during one of my pregnancies involving my terminally-ill baby. The office is clean, but usally busy. They have a nice fish tank to look at and plenty of magazines.
This dentist is perfect for children. The office is large and the waiting area fun. We have never had to wait long to see the dentist. They took great care of my VERY shy daughter. She needed a lot of dental work and they treated her ion just a way that she wasn't scared very much. The office is really nice and clean. A lot of newer technology done here. I do have my qualms with the insurance though. They seem to only want to cater to those who have $. We had dental insurance when she had a lot of work done but when my husband was laid off, they wouldn't accept our state medical insurance and I had to find another kid's dentist for my children.
This eye doctor was recommended and he performed an eye surgery on my daughter. Both times we visited the office, it took two hours or more. They overbook on appointments and then you only visit with the doctor for a few minutes after hours of waiting. I will give him credit for doing a good job on my daughters eye surgery (except for the long wait at the hospital!), but I won't be back due to the horrible office wait.
Stop in for a friendly hello. The WIC office treated me kindly and didn't treat me as though I were inferior just because I needed help. The nurses and social worker were a huge help to me while going through two difficult pregnancies and the death or one of the. They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you understand anything you have a question about.
Very nice Vet. They did very well with my cat and treated him with perfect care. They send out reminder cards for when they need to see your pet again. The office is clean and friendly.
We couldn't be happier with out mortgage broker. It helped that we worked with a friend, Nancy S. and she went above and beyond. We got a great deal and the mortgage company took care of everything concerning our loan. We never did have to go down to the building since we signed all the paperwork at our home, but I have seen it and it's a very pretty old house.
This group of OB/GYN's I couldn't be happier with. Especially Dr. Keegan. She was a great help to me throughout two difficult pregnancies. She is professional and treats you like she truly cares about both you and baby. The office staff are friendly and the waiting area is good-sized. There are lots of magazines to read. They are quick to help you and you are seen in an average amount of time.
I had to visit here with two different high-rick pregnancies. The first being with a terminally-ill baby and the second baby trying to come too soon. Both times, they made me feel welcome and handled me with care. The Genetic Counselor was helpful but maybe a little too serious and not hopeful enough for a good outcome. Dr. Brock is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.
My husband visited Dr. Sneiders and the staff is all very friendly. The outpatient surgery he performed went very well and he explained things clearly. Convienient location near the hospital.
