Les Schwab on Lancaster has always offered us great customer service. They have quality service and are very attentive. They serve complimentary popcorn and soda to their customers. They have a soda machine in their customer waiting area. They normally have quite a wait so unless you have transportation to leave your vehicle, plan to be there for a while.

I have been in this location twice with a difficult return. Although it seemed difficult the customer service at this location has been very flexible. I have found them easy to work with & I have been impressed with the care I have received. The location can sometimes be busy but most of the time I haven't had to wait.

This location normally has long lines but the employees seem genuinely interested in their customers. I have entered this branch on occasion with an account holder & I have been impressed with their free banking options.

When I have been into the First Tech Credit Union, I have been impressed with their customer care. They are normally not busy & their lines are not long. When I spoke with an account representative I was told the new options that are available for account holders. I was very impressed & felt that my needs were a priority.

We love to shop at Albertson's for the deals they offer their customers. They accept competitors coupons & double coupons. We are always able to save a lot of money at this location. The cashiers are always impressed with the amount of money that can be saved through coupons.

Craft Warehouse
We went into the Craft Warehouse to buy beads but when we saw they had fish the kids had to look. We found a dead fish in their display & a few that looked very ill. The rest of their selection was very nice but to have fish, they need to be closely watched.

Michaels Arts & Crafts
Michael's almost always has a great 40% off coupon in the Statesman Journal. This is a great way each week to stock up on craft ideas for the holidays. I really appreciate their classes that have wonderful & creative ideas. They are normally very busy & there are not a lot of employees roaming the isles to help but during my last visit I did get some great advice from an employee.

I receive a teacher's discount as a home school mom from Borders. I didn't have my discount card but the cashier willingly gave me the teacher discount anyway. He had a terrific attitude and he was very easy to work with. We left right at closing time & didn't feel rushed or pushed to leave.
