Compared to other consignment stores, this one seems to price items appropriately. Since most items are used, they should be a deal. For the most part they are here. They have a good selection process and don't have a lot of 'junk' for sale. Parking in this shopping center is a pain though.
Compared to other Dollar Tree stores, this one is a pleasure to shop in because it is not so crowded. The downside is that there is almost always a line to check-out and the parking in this shopping center is pretty bad.
This is BIG store - so it can be a bit overwhelming - but once you figure out what you are looking for it is nice to find a lot of items to choose from. The staff is also very helpful and available (in the aisles as well as at the cash registers). Clean and nice too.
In addition to many bank locations - there is a Chevy Chase ATM almost anywyhere you want one. There is even one at Camden Yards. We rarely go to a teller, so this availability is key. We have had no problems banking with them for over 8 years.
This hallmark store has a nice selection of gift items (in addition to the usual card/paper fare). The location and parking are also convenient making this a better hallmark store than most.
Generally this fits the TRU mold of big store - tons of products (too many) - and not too many people working there. The good part about this location is that parking is great and generally if you need to find someone (customer service or a question) there is almost always someone at the front counter.
Overall this is a good Pier 1 if you like their products. The store is clean and there was friendly and helpful staff available. They also have good parking in this part of the shopping center (not so for other stores in this center).
Our family goes to this store for trims frequently. The turnover at this store seems lower than at other hair cutteries. It is nice because they do mens, womens and kids haircuts so we can all get a trim at the same time!
Our kids have attended a number of camps in various parks hosted by Katydid. They were preschool age and we were very happy with the camps. They were priced reasonably and offered half day camps for younger folks. The only negative is that some of the counselors inexperienced.
This beautiful estate is nestled in the woods uptown. In addition to usual tour, it also has a nice restaurant. A great place to take out of towners - that have already seen the usual sites.
