You may have seen Dr. Calvert Jang on television...."Se habla espanol!" Seriously, they offer a very convenient location in the Sunset district and the longest hours of any dental office I know of. I've even gone there on a Sunday or after-hours during a dental emergency.
Their staff is efficient, knowledgeable and courteous at all times.
Two thumbs up!
PROS: Very convenient hours, great staff, professional
My family has used this firm since the early 1960's, and they truly deliver topnotch accounting services. Experienced with complex returns as well as more routine accountancy matters, I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
PROS: Sterling service, great attention to detail
Very convenient location on Chestnut Street in the Marina. (Park at the Pierce St. garage). Nice staff and good haircuts for little money. Quick and convenient!
PROS: Quick and cheap
I like Marina Service Center--very convenient hours, knowledgeable staff who are clear and concise. They also have added a shuttle service to those out of the area. Very good for oil changes and maintenance.
PROS: Great location
I love Lunardi's. The clerks are nice and the store is exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Produce is prime and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?
PROS: Great produce!
I had a bad dye job at this location--I don't feel it was necessarily their fault as my hair 'grabs' color quickly. However, the owner went out of his way to please. He not only re-dyed it, he mailed me a check for a full refund without being asked.
PROS: Really nice people!!!
CONS: No ambiance
This 'video cafe' was begun back in the 1980's--I remember it when I lived in the Richmond District. Fun place for a late night cup of coffee and dessert, or a quick lunch!
PROS: Cheap, fun
Located in San Francisco's North Beach, which was the Italian district (now shared by the Chinese), this is a pleasant old time restaurant. Not fancy, but homestyle. Don't miss the minestrone!
PROS: Inexpensive (about $15 per person or so)
CONS: Not fancy
The food is decent and the portions are positively huge. I don't think a gourmet would be happy here, but a man with a big appetite would, or a group of hungry teens!
PROS: Huge portions
CONS: A bit pricey for average food
Wonderful place to pass the time away in comfort. Great book selection, nice sale prices and a nice little cafe as well. I love to go to Borders--it's a fun bookstore!
PROS: Good prices; good selection
