Dominick's
This grocery store has very high prices! They have a value card that you can apply for and if you don't have it they charge you the regular price. How come the clerks can't swipe their own card for convenience? The customer service is horrible and I will never shop there again!
Just Jam
This beauty shop also has a barber shop and the barbers are awesome. They cut my husbands hair nd have been for years now. The only downfall is that they talk alot and your cut may take about 30 minutes. But that's because they want it to be perfect. I ill not let my husband go anywhere else!
Hyde Park Bank
This bank has spectacular customer service. The representatives are very nice and attentative and they even have a drive thru open on the weekends. The only downfall is the location in hyde park, there is barely any parking and it's hard to find. But they are a great company to bank with!
Kingdom Chevrolet
This car dealership has great prices along with great customer service. Someone is always there to welcome you in and they can work with any kind of credit. They're car are very up to date at reasonable prices. I will continue to buy car from there and would recommend this location to anyone!
South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram
This dealership has okay customer service but they try to get over on you for a car. You can trade your car in or be a loyalty owner and still have a high note on a used car. They didn't even fill the tank up when I purchased my car there. I will never go there again!
Oil Express
This car place offers a variety of different services and not just oil changes. This is their specialty. They offer to change your oil in less than 10 minutes or it's free. You don't even have to get out the car. I always get my oil changed here and will continue to go!
Marquette Frame & Wheel Align
This service shop offers great prices and also great customer service. The location is great, and has a clean waiting area. They will expalin what is wrong with your car and how it could have go that way. The clerks are very helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone!
Hollywood Video
This video store is not customer service oriented at all. The selection of movies was not good. My shopping experience was horrible. I wanted to setup an account there and the clerk acted like he didn't know what to do because it was close to closing. Aren't you a customer service rep.? I will never go to this location again nore will I recommend it.
Babies R Us The Baby Superstore
Not only does this babies r us have wonderful customer service but they also have very competitive prices. The baby formula there is cheaper than any other store. They also have a wide selection of newborn clothing which I really needed. I will continue to shop there and would recommend it to anyone.
Leak & Sons Funeral Homes
This funeral home has poor customer service with bad attitudes. They don't know how to treat their customers and are just money hungry. I will never bring my loved one to this funeral home because these are very rude people. They are supposed to be very in tact with their community but I don't see it.
