I like to bike, but I'm no athlete. I stopped into this store to pick up a new bicycle lock and left with some other goodies, including a bicycle light and a tire patch kit. The place was cozy, well organized, and the people working there were friendly and low-key. I would return.
PROS: Had what I needed, good sales, well organized, low-key & friendly
CONS: Might be a little intimidating to novices.
We happened on Pizza Chicago one afternoon. It took a while for them to serve up the most delicious pizza ever and the wait was well worth it. They served us humongous sodas while we waited and we spent the time looking at the walls covered with Chicago decorations, pizza comics, and other fun stuff. The pizza was to die for - different than other pizzas, it was sublime. This is a great place to take a date or out of town visitors.
PROS: The most delicious pizza you'll ever eat, awesome Chicago decor.
CONS: Takes a while for them to serve up the best pizza ever! Order ahead?
We ordered a pizza and it was ready when we got there fifteen minutes later. It was cheap and tasty. Not "world class" pizza, but you'll want seconds. I'd go back.
PROS: Cheap & Tasty
CONS: Franchise pizza - nothing special.
This shop is a Little Caesars Pizza, enclosed within KMart. I was planning a Pizza Party with the fifth graders I teach. The students all agreed that we should get KMart pizza. They told me exactly how much a large would cost (about 5 bucks and a few dimes, if I remember correctly) and that I should order Crazy Bread (99 cents for a pack of six).
The service was mediocre - even though I had ordered ahead of time, I had to wait over 10 minutes to get my pizza. They only accept cash (there's an ATM in the store).
The pizza is good. Not superb, but good. You'll want seconds!
PROS: Very cheap, pretty tasty, can do some shopping while you wait.
CONS: Not the greatest service.
