Borders is the largest bookstore in the town. It has a wide variety of choices. The Childrens Selection is WONDERFUL! Set up so nicely. Borders is a very friendly, inviting, and comfortable store. The prices do get a bit expensive though. I joined them after for the Harry Potter book 6, release party. It was a very nice time. Its great for all ages. Defiantly, my first choice in bookstores!
PROS: Large selection
CONS: Prices can be high.
I have been on a search for a home entertainment system. After visiting several stores, I found exactly what I wanted for the price that I wanted at Best Buy. More than that, the customer service when above and beyond what would be normally expected! They gave me every little detail about the system. Best Buy also offers home installation. (For a nominal fee) Then on another occasion, I was looking for a VERY hard to find CD, several associates helped me find it. From now on, I will be going to Best Buy first! They also have The Geek Squad to help with any computer problems.
PROS: Good Prices, and great customer service
CONS: Can be VERY busy!
Waverley Beer & Wine is a great place to run in and get a beverage on your way home. They care most beers, wines, and soft drinks. There staff is mostly friendly, and they seem to always be open. There store is small and cramped, but they stay well stocked. There prices are avenge with the area. You may have to stand in line for a while.

It was time to get my car's oil changed, I also needed a belt replaced. I called and asked if they had the specific belt I needed. They said "Yes." So I headed to them. While they are changing my oil, the send someone to me to let me know I needed to get LOTS of other things done to my car; including my transmission and radiator flushed, and my car winterized. So I did. After and hour and a half, and $250.00 later, the tell me they don't have the belt I need. So I then have to drive somewhere else. Had I gone to the other place first, it wouldn't have cost me as much and all the work could have been done at once faster. I would not have had them do the other work if they would have told me in the beginning they didn't have the belt I needed. IF you just need an oil change, they can do that, but be ready for their sales techniques on other services they provide.
PROS: You care record is nation wide.
CONS: Expensive oil change.

They can give you all the important information so you can make an educated decision about what kind of pet will suite your family. Rick's in my only stop for my pets supplies!
PROS: Friendly, willing to help, knowledgeable staff.
CONS: No dogs or cats.
After loosing all our furniture, my family and I found ourself in need of all new furniture. We stepped foot in Wolf's on a Sunday afternoon with no intent to buy that day. We were just looking. The sales associate greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We explained out situation, and what we were looking for. They sales associate, asked if she could take our oldest daughter to the "kids area" so we could have some time to look look around. We had to basically buy a whole house of furniture. Room by room we picked out exactly what we wanted. They selection was huge. There was so much to choose from, in so many price ranges. After 2 hours of shopping, we sat down with the sales associate and signed all the papers. The delivery was set up for a week later.
When the delivery day finally came, they called me to set up a tow hour delivery window. They young men that delivered carefully brought all the furniture up three flights of stairs with out any complaining. Then they carefully assembled and placed every piece of furniture exactly where I wanted it. They didn't even complain when I had them change the pieces around.
If and when I need new furniture(hopefully not any time soon) I will not hesitate to go back to Wolf's Furniture.
PROS: Great Customer Service, Good quality furniture, Good selection
CONS: Prices can go a bit high
Baltimore School of Massage is a great place to get a Massage education. Classes are just the right size, not to big, and not to small. The instructors are passionate about what they teach. This makes the learning fun. They have hours that will fit most anyone's schedule. Tuition is higher than the other schools around, but financial aid is available. The brand new facility is also very nice. Unfortunately, there has been a lack of communication between the staff. The enrolling administrative staff, and financial aid staff don't always communicate as well as one would hope. There has also been a great deal of turn-over in the staff. Once things settle down, this should stop. All in all, Baltimore School of Massage is a great place for a person who wants to become a Massage Therapist. They have both full time and part time classes. As well as day and night classes.
PROS: Great Education, flexibility
CONS: Poor Communication between staff
