This veterinary hospital; although local to the mountain residents isn't the best there is. The veteriniarian we saw had no personality or bedside manner. He was very aloof and answering my questions seemed more like a chore than his job. They do, however, take in any and all stray animals and help find the owners - I give them kudos for that.
I can highly recommend this furniture store. I've bought a dining set and a bedroom set from them. Their prices are amazing. Something for every budget. The quality of the furniture is superb. They deliver (at no extra charge) to your home and the guys who deliver the furnture will place it in your home exactly where you want it (and don't mind moving it if you change your mind!) They will also special order any items you don't see in the store. Well worth a visit. They have their own parking lot.
Wow, this place is the best. From the outside it looks like a tiny store, just a doorway wide, yet it's a very loooooong store. The flowers are set out in buckets and almost look like they've just been picked from your garden. The arrangement they make are out of this world. They also sell shabby-chic garden accessories. Plus there's one room at the back of the store dedicated to amazing kites. There's a huge publc parking lot directly behind the store
These guys know what they're doing. They respond very quicky when you call. They show up on time (what a novel concept). The prices are very competitive with other companies. they came to my house and fitted a new motor on my garage door. They worked fast (they new I didn't have much time to wait for them to fix it), they cleaned up after themselves. The only downside, the guy who came tried to preach his religion to me - but apart from that they were great.
From the outside this looks like a fabulous daycare, but inside it's not so good. Their infant area is one of the worst I've seen. The babies spend a lot of the day in a bouncy chair. When I visited the place the staff were talking to each other not the children. From the infant area I moved on to the Toddler area, which looked a lot better, great play areas and they also get to play outside. But the sleeping arrangement sucked. Not enough cribs for each child so they have to share a crib and bedding - talk about a way to spread germs.
If you need to rent any heavy equipment this is the place to get it from. They have a HUGE stock. the shop is down and dirty (no frills here). It's almost like a big shed with a counter where you tell them what you need. They show you the exact equipment you will rent before you make your decision. For large items they supply you with a trailer, and if you car or truck doesn't have a tow hitch they will deliver it to your home. We tried to rent a rototiller from here and they actually talked us out of it - how's that for honesty!
this is a family owned dry cleaners that prides itself in using no harsh chemicals. This means when you walk into the cleaners you do not smell that horrible cleaning fluid smell. You pay a little more for the environmentally friendly approach to cleaning your clothes but it's probably worth it (especially if you're pregnant and can't stand the smell of cleaners). the place is always very clean. It's located in a nice strip mall close to Whole Foods.
this is the best dry cleaner I have ever used. They work hard to give you the best service. As with many dry cleaners, the place is fairly dark and not necessarily very inviting, but the owners are wonderful. They remember how you like shirts pressed and boxed. The turnaround service is always fast. The prices are very competitive. I would trust them with favourite items. The work is done on the premises. parking can be tricky, they share a parking lot with a 7-11.
If you know exactly what camera you're looking for, or if you want to buy a high end camera or piece of equipment this might be the place to go. In my experience, I didn't know what I needed and I was looking for a middle of the road camera. The staff I spoke to were rude. My guess is they work on commission and I was probably taking up too much time and wasn't going to be buying a $1,000 camera and so they would make little money with me. Would not recommend
this is an excellent nail salon. It's absolutely immaculate. Infact, it is the only salon I've actually seen the beauticians steam all the tools before they work on you. They have the large massage chairs for when you're getting a pedicure. The staff take their time during your manicure and/or pedicure. The prices are definitely higher than other salons, but it's worth it for the cleanliness. It's situated in a large strip mall so parking is right outside.
