Canyon Springs is a small but friendly family church. It is not strictly funtamental but loosly religious to accomodate all families and people that want to join. They are very welcoming. They support the community and have frequent drives for Klassic Kids in mexico (as well as visiting mexico every yr to hand out toys).
Their children's program is also over the top wonderful.
Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church
Since they moved to a bigger location, and even before, St Gregory has been a wonderful church to attend. It is very serious about its mission and the people who go are great. The ceremonies are very religous.
Harmonium Incorporated Klassic Kids
Harmonium IKK is a great after school program dedicated to your children and their needs. The counselors are wonderful and personally interact with everyone. The program is great overall and will be the source of many great fond memories.
Alfred Angelo Bridal Company Stores
Alfred Angelo's is a great place to get a nice wedding dress or even for high school girls - a beautiful prom dress. The people are very nice and everything you could want is here.
Belmont Park
spending time at belmont park gives me the feeling of the old amusement parks with boardwalks and such. Belmont is great to spend the day with a date or kids. And you can have a bonfire, go on rides, or just hang out.
Del Coronado Travel
the Hotel Del Coronado is a beautiful hotel on the inside and outside. The hotel is expensive though, but worth it. The service is really good and I would definately go back.
Music Trader
music trader is an alright place to sell your CDs to. Sometimes they are really idiots and wont take some CDs that i have that are in nice condition. BUt for the most part they are great in prices and stuff.
Blockbuster Video
Unfortunately there aren't many video rental stores other than blockbuster around. Blockbuster doesn't have a huge stock and 95% of the DvDs that I have rented from there have been scratched. It is reallly annoying.
Nickel City Amusement Center
Nickel City is generally cheap and the games are pretty easy to win. The prizes aren't that great though and even the large prizes arent so hot. You can have some fun for an hour or two here. It is sort of dirty though.
Big 5 Sporting Goods
Big Five has a huge stock of sports things that are at really low prices most of the time. They are also having a lot of sales. However, the quality of what they sell isn't always the best taht you can get.
