There doesn't seem to be a fan or something to clear up the smokiness in there, but it is usually ignorable. The prices seem to have gone up in recent years but that doesn't ruin the fun. The food is expensive, though, and isn't that good. It's a bowling alley, though--- go for the bowling!
I took swimming lessons here as a kid and had a blast. The instructors are great and they were good to us. Nice, helpful and took an interest. From what my parents told me it wasn't that expensive for what it was, and in such a nice place. The building itself it really, really great and the pool area is fun. They also have raquetball and exercise rooms for the adults to let go in as well!
The instructors here are helpful and nice and gave me a boost in my practice as I didn't always have free time at home to play. Plus, neighbors call up when I play my drums in the evening during the week. The prices they have for equipment isn't always great but it is a nice place to go for lessons.
A good amount of supplies to pick up for my dog are here. I like it, but the staff seems less than knowledgeable about what they are trying to sell me. The grooming dept. thankfully knows what they are doing, I hope. But the guys walking around the store don't seem to know much and would rather socialize.
They put the puppies in the windows to attract people, of course, but they really do have a decent assortment of things to get. Small pets and big pet supplies and the employees are halfway knowledgeable about the materials in there. Only once or twice have I had an employee give me the scratching of the head and a "uuuhhhhh, well lemme get my manager."
I am able to order quickly with a clear repeat of what I ordered. My jalapeno cheddar cheese bagel sandwich comes out tasty every time! Prices are decent and the staff knows what they are doing. The only complaint I'd say is that in one or two locations I've seen a "complimentary refill within first 10 minutes" sign by the fountain drinks. A little stingy, don't you think? Some of us need a little extra boost in the morning or during the day and a drink to be had during a relaxing sandwich helps.
PROS: Great taste, decent prices
CONS: No refills after once
The pizza here is spectacular. Even the drinks taste better. More of a reference to the coffee/espresso they have. The calzones and other things on the menu ALL taste good. The only downside I had was it was a little dirty a few times I went and the checkout person seems to usually be shorttempered.
Great portioned burritos and tacos with great, great taste. The beans and peppers and tomatoes and sauces and whatnot you can get taste amazing with everything else. It's not too expensive and the only downsides I have experienced are the occasional wait or seemingly annoyed employee. Otherwise it's rather clean in there and you get what you want. The sides taste great and I am a repeat customer for life. Take this over Chipotle anyday!
It IS a good burrito, and it is a GOOD size. However, they pack too much rice into it and the chips don't taste good. Too much lime and salt flavoring. They have a small range of burritos you can get, but yes they are good. They will fill you up as they are huge, but sometimes I think Baja Fresh has one up on them.
For such a large theater, you'd think they'd take better care of it. The lobby area is nice and well kept, but once you walk down the halls and into the auditoriums themselves, they are filthy and ours even smelled funny. For the ticket prices, we felt a little cheated. I guess we also happened to come on the off-day where the sound wasn't in sync with the movie for a little while too.
