Great clips is nothing but great! They have an awesome staff of expert hairstylists. They all really listen to what you want, and even make reccomendations if you like. Nice mix of male and female stylists too. Very diverse group of people, always smiling and excited to talk!
I come on weekends, and even during rush times, they take the time to greet you and help you out. Very clean atmosphere, upbeat music and nice layout. Prices range from $12-$15 for males, and is reasonable compared to other stylists. It can get busy at times, but if you call ahead, it may help.
PROS: Great Staff, Haircuts, Products
CONS: Wait Times ( weekends)
Daphnes may not look like much, but it is definately a place to visit! Greek food is very interesting to eat, and this is the perfect place to try new things. There is a large variety of foods to choose from, some of which you may have never heard of! The salads and entrees are all well proportioned, and prices fairly reasonable. Nice place for a date or simply lunch. Plenty of free parking and other stores nearby to visit as well. The food here is much better than other greek places in Sacramento.
PROS: Food, Salads and Variety
CONS: No dirt cheap, but worth the investment
Jimboys isn't your average mexican food place. Good food, good service and awesome salsas! The owner is always there to greet you and help you with your order. Very nice layout and location. I especially enjoy their tacos! Beats fast food anyday! Reasonably priced as well. They have locations all over Sacramento, but this one is my favorite. The environment is very friendly and family oriented.
PROS: Family Atomosphere, Good Food
CONS: Locations- localized chain restaurant, not found in other major cities
As the name hints, it is predominantly ethnic foods. Have went for regular milk and eggs, but they cost more here than other grocery stores. The store was recently remodeled though, so nice layout. The employees are nice, but it is weird you can buy bread and a watch for your husband in the same store!
PROS: Ethnic Food (Hispanic), Fresh Fruit
CONS: Lack of Variety, Prices
I've had several bad instances with this taco bell. Food always incorrectly made, bad service, rude cashiers, you name it. I understand you're busy, but still, show some respect. Taco bell food is alright though, but for what you pay, its a deal I suppose.
PROS: Food Variety, Location
CONS: Customer Service
The people who work here are quick! Students who like their jobs! Good drinks, pricey for a drink, but its jamba juice - you get what you pay for! Their seasonal drinks are good to try as well.
PROS: Drinks, Smoothies, Energy Boosts
CONS: Small parking lot, have to wait for parking at times.
Cheezers in RC has pizza and sandwiches. The pizza is ok, but the sandwiches are good. The service is decent too. Lunch time is busy, since it is a business district of Rancho Cordova. I'd reccomend the combo meals, well priced.
PROS: Sandwiches, Ranch Dressing (homemade!), Cookies
CONS: Lunch-Time rush, their Pizza is average
Very nice people, nice aura, clean restaurant, La Bou has it all. Its slightly pricey, but very classy and good food. The service is superb, and the food is well put together. If you are willing to spend a couple extra bucks, come here!
PROS: Food, Coffee, Baguettes!
CONS: Pricey for some, not the 99 cents meal restaurant!
Awesome place, cheap prices, large selection, nice layout and friendly employees. Location is sort of tough to reach, but once you get there, its all worth it. You can buy virtually everything here, beats Sams Club in my opinion! bTW, there pretzels are to die for! haha
PROS: Prices, Selection, Variety, Quantities/Portions of Goods
CONS: Location, Parking a Problem on Weekends
Valero is known for cheap gas, this one is no exception. Similar to AM/PM, but this one always has bums hanging around the pumps. Always asking for money. Decent location, but I hate beggers bothering me while I just need gas.
PROS: Gas Prices, Cleanliness
CONS: Station Aura - the "bums"
