I've never seen a place that takes so much time and cleans as thoroughly as this place. I mean they take about 20 minutes per car. They vacuum the inside, armoral tires, and they even open the doors to clean the cracks. It's a little on the pricey side, be sure to tip!
Well we decided to check this place out since they had such great reviews, and we were told they had great bread. Our waitress seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else, and wasn't really around too often. She also managed to mess up my order twice, overcharge me, and parts of my order never arrived. Honostly, all I ordered was scrambled eggs with potatoes. I asked if they could give me their house bread instead of toast, she lied and told me it was the same thing, and when my meal came it had toast and no potatoes. I asked her where the potatoes where, and she said I thought you said no potatoes. So I said no, I asked for house bread, and doesn't that come with my boyfriends meal? So she went and got housebread and then charged us a dollar for it. Not to mention they are under construction. Just don't bother with this place.
One day my car broke down, so I called AAA and they had me towed over to Reseda Automotive. They were super friendly and were very willing to help. They explained and showed me what happened to my car and even showed me the old parts. They cover their work for 24k miles or 2 years and even have a rent-a-car on site! From now on I go there for everything from smogs to AC to head gaskets? Check them out!
I went to this place for my birthday, it is amazing. The pasta noodles are thinner and much lighter and they don't feel heavy when you eat them. The pizzas are super good too. Lots of garlic! I recommend the pumpkin ravioli, it's on the sweeter side. I don't recommend the bottled mineral water. I had a salad there also which was nice, nothing too special. I didn't get a chance to try the deserts though. It's on PCH but it's not on the same side as the ocean. I think they have some sort of hidden balcony/outdoor seating area. Try to be seated there I heard it's really neat.
If you want a really good sandwich and you want to walk your dog at the same time, go to black dog. They have a water dish outside and complimentary cookies for your pooch and really awesome sandwiches and coffee. I always get the goat cheese on baguette with pesto. My boyfriend has tried a few now and has liked them all, one of his favorites is a turkey sandwich with sun dried cranberries. Check them out!
It's a small neighborhood health food type market that really has everything. They even make sandwiches, salads and fresh juices. Also try the carob nuggets in their by the lb. bins. They have really great vegetarian frozen dinners and a vinilla australian yogurt that is sooo good with fruit. Oh and their soups are amazing!
This place is amazing. It's low key, quiet, but very popular. It's on the healthy side with brown rice and whole wheat tortillas, but the best part is the plantains. They put delicious plantains inside the burritos! The combo of sweet, spicy, savory, and hearty are perfect. They also have interesting drinks and desserts. Everything has a good old home meal vibe to it and can be made vegetarian. I think once a month or so they have get together there and it's just a really great place to check out.
If you love breakfast, no even if you don't love breakfast you need to go there. All their egg scrambles are amazing, try them with foccacia bread. The best part about this place is the pumpkin waffle. I mean, everyones heard of pumpkin pancakes but the waffles are really heaven. You can buy the mix in the store too. I've tried to make them myself but they weren't quite as good. They also have something like a bacon and chedder waffle? All I know is that everything is amazing and needs to be tried. Enjoy!
When was the last time you saw a movie for 7 bucks? Let alone two! This little piece of the 50's (or whatever) is a great place to watch movies. You come with your friends, your food, your pet! They've replaced the screens and the sounds is transmitted through your FM radio. It's not old movies or anything either it's the new current up to date movies. They have a snack shack that's open until pretty late as well where you can find somewhat reasonably priced nachos, burritos, churros and that kind of stuff. It's a great summer outing.
I've been going to this place for about a year, and I'm pretty sure it's changed owners. They've redesigned the inside to be much "swankier" if you will and expanded their menu. I'd say the food is consistently good, especially the breakfast. I love their herb omelet and breakfast potatoes. On a nice day you can sit on the patio and even bring your pup. It's part restaurant part flower shop and you can actually sit in the flower shop if you like. The vegetarian sandwich on the lunch menu is a monster. It's got things I never would of dreamed of and is huge and really good. Service is always good too.
