We knew that we wanted a no-fuss wedding. I'm so glad that we found Rev. Pat O'Brien to do our ceremony. From the onset, she was easy to contact and very responsive to all of my questions. They are flexible as to the location and to the service itself. They also fixed us up with flowers and a photographer. Our day was exactly what we wanted it to be, and we have Pat O'Brien to thank!
We were a little surprised to see Anthony's limo pull up for our wedding. We were expecting a conservative looking vehicle, which would be appropriate for a wedding. What pulled up instead was a limo with chrome aftermarket wheels and an enormous Anthony's limo sign splashed down the side. The driver stepped out wearing a purple velvet suit and tophat, and black-out sunglasses.
But wait, there's more.
Inside the limo was even more loud, and I don't just mean the hip-hop music that was blaring through the surround sound. There was neon string light as far as the eye could see, and gin and tonic dispensers that we were advised not to use because he wasn't sure what people do with them. There were also glasses for our use stuffed with rainbow colored napkins, and a flashing Anthony's limo sign facing us. The limo was mirrored. If only it had hydraulics, my day would have been complete.
On the flipside, the price was fair, and he did squeeze us in at the last minute. Oh, and he was on time.
I've been to the MRI center on a couple of occasions, and each one of them was easy. The building is located right on Trindle road, and very easy to find. The office staff is nice, and they help to make the MRI process not so scary.
Finally a doctor's office that is not only ON TIME, but swift and efficient. Doctor Marvin Witt has a nice bedside manner, and takes his time with you yet still manages to run on time most of the time. The office staff is pleasant and easy to deal with.
Doctor Garcia was willing to see our child even though he isn't a regular patient there. Thanks to his help, we were able to diagnose him with roseola. The staff was very helpful considering that we aren't even regular patients there. They were also very accomodating with the billing. GREAT office.
I've never had a bad experience at this office. My Dr. was Banogon, and she is fantastic. She is close to being on-time, better than most places. She is in and out of your office in no time, yet she still makes you feel like you can ask questions of her, and I never felt rushed.
This is a nice cemetery, as these places go. The grounds are pretty and well-kept, and easy to navigate. The biggest complaint here is their ridiculous policy and frequency of clearing the cemetery. They won't and don't hesitate to remove your floral or other arrangements. Beware.
I've been to LJ Allen for tire repairs, twice. They have consistently delivered. I drop my car off in the morning, and they would deliver it to me at work when it was finished. I initially chose them because of their location - I went back because of the quick turnaround time and their very competitive pricing.
This is a fantastic place to stay. I'm hesitant to call it a hotel because it is really so much more than that. The Dunes are located right on the beach, and are little bungalows that each house 2 rooms. When you check in, you are given your own golf cart to get you out to the dunes. The rooms are very nice, with balconies that look right onto the ocean and fire places in some of the rooms. I had some confusion with double-billing, but the staff was very professional and corrected it right away. It is a little bit off the beaten path, but well worth it in my opinion. I've never seen another place like it.
If for no other reason, you should try out Colony Park Lanes North for their Friday and Saturday night Glow bowling! The lanes are darkened, there is a light show and a DJ. This bowling alley is also nice for birthday parties for kids. The prices are all reasonable, and there is a very nice sized snack stand & pub onsite.
