Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden

Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. From March to June this is one of my favorite garden parks in the Portland area. Full of beautiful blooming rhododendrons and azaleas with a lake and waterfall as well as ducks and squirrel's to feed. This is a breath taking place to just relax and have a romantic picnic. Every Mothers day weekend they have their annual Rhododendron Show and plant sale. This is defiantly a must see for all who love the beauty of a breathtaking park.

Century 16 Eastport

Century 16 is located at Eastport Plaza on 82ND AVE. This is a great place to take the family for movies. They have a cafe, game room, stadium seating, and listening devices. It also is handicap accessible. They have an elevator that takes you to the second level, great for people in wheelchairs who don't like to sit right under the screen down in front. They have
a verity of ticket types to purchase. Student tickets which require valid student ID that must be presented at the box office and entrance to the theater. Child tickets for children 11 years and younger. Senior tickets for adults 65 years and older. They also except print at home tickets from your computer. They have bargain shows daily until 4 pm, twilight shows 4pm to 6pm and general admission shows. On the Friday and Saturday they also have weekend general admission after 6.pm. Lots of parking. So grab the family and go see a movie at this great theater.

Ricks Auto Body Shop

Great service and prices. Rick's Auto Body shop is very professional and the service is excellent. Rick knows his business well. They do all kinds of auto repair and they are fast and efficient. They give you a estimate and many times it ends up being less than quoted. As a woman I don't feel like I have sucker blinking on my forehead when I go to Rick's he is very straightforward and honest. I have even taken a car I was thinking about buying to him and he told me it was a lemon. If your looking for a great repair shop I recommend Rick's Auto Body Shop.

Multnomah County Animal Control

I have used the Mulnomah County Animal Control several times to report injured or lost animals. Once they had to pick up a lost iguana that was hanging on a fence just sunning himself. They have responded with courteousness and professionalism. They are very caring and also let me know in detail where the injured and lost animals would be going. They always take them to no kill shelters or the vet. I highly recommend them if you find a lost or injured animal or critter.

Gresham Appliance Service

Gresham Appliance is a great place to go for that hard to find appliance part. They have always been able to assist me in finding the part I need. They also do house calls to fix your broken appliance. The prices are great and the customer service go the extra mile. They have a small shop with some very nice used appliances for sale as well

Candy Store

The Candy Store is a great litlle tavern to stop in and have a beer or glass of wine. It has a nice relaxing atmospher with a fire place and comfortable seating. They have a dance floor and a Deejay on the weekends. They have a pool room with 3 tables and arcade machines. They also have a TV screen for watching monday night football. They have a menu for some munchies and the employees are very friendly and welcoming.

Northwest House of Hardtops

Looking for that classic car, muscle car, classic truck or corvette than look no further The Chev Connection is the place for you. Mark Young has some of the finest classic cars for sale in the Portland Area. He buys and sells top quality classic vehicles.
If your looking for that rare hard to find classic you had back in high school he will try to find it for you. If you have that rare classic siiting in the garage collecting dust he will buy it from you. The cars are amazing he defiantly knows his business.

Montavilla Pool

Montavilla Pool is fun for the whole family. This is an outdoor heated pool with a shallow end 2 ft deep to a deep end of 8 ft. It has two slides one for the little ones and one for the bigger kids. They offer several types of programs, swim lessons, lap swims, life guard certification, CPR/First Aid for rescuers, open play swims and other classes. In the summer they also offer free swim classes for the low income. You can even rent the pool out for birthday parties, family reunions any other social events. The locker areas and restrooms are well maintained. There are life guards at all times. They also are located next to the Montavilla Community Center for more fun of crafts, games and other activities.

Montavilla Sewing Centers

Montavilla Sewing Center is fantastic you can always find what your looking for. The staff is so helpful. They have selection after selection of fabrics, patterns, supplies, crafts, and hard to find items. The prices are great and watch for sales. If your needing a part for your machine they are willing to find it for you. They also have sewing classes if you want to learn.

Build A Bear Workshop

Build A Bear Workshop is fun for the whole family. What better family fun than to get together and make your own very own favorite stuffed animal. They have everything you need to build your own furry friend. From the moment you step through the door they have such a fun and magical atmosphere for the young and old at heart. Friendly staff greets you and helps guide you through the process. You start with choosing your own animal friend, than its off to 8 different stations to complete your furry friend. When you have finally finished you have a wonderful new friend to take home and a beautiful family memory for life.
