The Barn

Now is the time to visit the The Barn for some great kids entertainment. They can go on the hunt for their great pumpkin in the you pick pumpkin patch, for free they can find their way thru the great corn maze, try there climbing skills at haystack mountain, run thru another maze of hay bales and on the weekends they can go on a real hayride. And dont forget before you leave to stop in the Barn for some wonderful fresh produce, corn, beans, potatos, tomatos and so much more. The staff is very warm, friendly and so helpful.

Rossi Farms

I love Rossi Farms, they have some of the best produce around. They have a little country store where you can buy all the fresh produce you need and they have the best jams and jelly's too. The prices are terrific and the customer service is wonderful. They have many seasonal activities for the family like the pumpkin patch and ghost town in October. Kids can pick there pumpkins, have a wagon ride, play on the haystack and just have an all around fun time.
The fall harvest festival is also so much fun with live music, BBQ, fresh corn on the cob, raffles another fun time for the family. Check out Rossi Farms you wont be disappointed.

Sun School At Harold Oliver

SUN, Schools Uniting Neighborhoods is a school within a school. They offer great after school activities like music, art, sports, home work help and reading classes to name a few. They provide a safe and positive environment. My nephew just loves SUN's activities. Check with your local school about the Sun Programs. Classes are free and not limited to just students.

Mt Hood Community College Gresham

This a fun place to take the kids for an after school activity. They have a verity of fun swimming events through out the year like the Haunted swim, April Pool's day or the Dive in movies. They have water aerobics, lap swims, parent and children's swim lessons and so much more. Daily admission prices range from $3.00 for children to $4.00 for adults and up depending on the classes you take. Dive in for some fun at the Mt Hood Community Collage Aquatic's Center.

Gresham Skate World Inc

Skate world is a fun place for the whole family young and old. They have many skating activities on any givin day such as the Mom, Dad and Tot Skate which runs from 9:30 to 11 a.m. every Thursday. They have All Night skate events, skating to the oldies, live DJ and holiday fun too. They have a snack bar and you can book birthday parties as well. The staff are great, prices are very resonable, with plenty of parking. Check them out for a fun time.

Deborah Messinger School Of Dance

Deborah Messinger School of Dance is awesome. They have something for everyone from 3yrs to adult. They offer a verity of dance classes, ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz etc. Their new mommy and me class, moving to the music for 9mos to 3yrs is exceptional. This is a very family friendly and fun place for both boys and girls. They have such a great time and the staff is so warm and caring. They are just awesome. Prices are very reasonable and you can purchase all your needs for classes right on site in their dance shop.

Value Village

Value Village is a thrift store that sells clothing, baby items, home decor, shoes, accessories, furniture, video games, movies, and household items They have a very wide selection of merchandise. Its a lot of hit and miss, some items are ok condition you really have to search. The prices are way to over priced for what you are getting, USED.
I have found that I can purchase the same item in new conditon at Target or Walmart for the same price or a couple dollars more.

Enchanted Parks

This is the best water park I have ever been to in the Pacific NW. I was so impressed. Wild Waves and Enchanted Village has something for everyone young and old. The water park has numerous water rides like the rapids ,zooma falls, thunder falls and the wave pool. And the wee ones have their own section of kiddie rapids, palm trees that rain and so much more.The enchanted village has the best thrill rides and lots of things for the little tike's. At first the prices seem spendy but you are getting The Enchanted village, The thrill rides, Arcades and the Wild Waves water park all in one place. Well worth it. They have food stands, a restaurant , or you can bring your own picnic. They have a cute little shop for souvenirs. If you want a great time than you have to make a visit to the Park for fun fun fun.

PGE Park

PGE park is a family fun park for the whole family. Come and watch the Portland Beavers play baseball or catch a game with the Portland Timbers playing soccer. The outdoor stadium is clean and the seating is comfortable. The prices are cheap and the entertainment is great. They even have special kid nights. Best of all jump on the max and it will drop you right in front of the stadium.

Fabric Depot

Fabric Depot is one of my favorite stores, I can find everything I need for my sewing and craft needs in one stop.
They carry a huge selection of fabric as well as foam, pillow forms, upholstery equipment, drapery hardware, yarn, ribbons, patterns and so much. They also offer great sales with a savings of anywhere from 25%, 30% and 40%. The customer service is very helpful and can assit you with any of your project needs.
