I have been to see doctors at this clinic in both the dermatology and internal medicine departments. The clinic is large but the front desk is helpful and will direct you to the right spot. The lab department can get very busy, but they move people through quicker than labs at other clinics I have been to. This clinic also cares about patient satisfaction as I was asked to complete an electronic survey to rate the care I received on multiple visits. Overall, I think the doctors are qualified and the facilities are well maintained.
Terrys Jewelers is a very reputable jeweler in the Middleton area. Our family has purchased several items here and always felt that they were sincerely trying to help us and not just make a sale. They also offer reasonably priced repair services for jewelry and watches. We will continue to shop here for our future jewelry needs.
This store carries a varied assortment of items for every room in the house, especially the kitchen, bathroom, and lawn/garden. Its prime State Street location means that the store is small and crowded, but it is definitely worth checking out. Even if you go into the store not planning on buying anything, you will likely find at least a little toy or knickknack that you cant live without. This is definitely a place to check out if you are shopping for a gift for that person who has it all or are just have some time to kill on State Street.
This bridal store used to be located in Janesville. They recently moved to Madison into a much smaller space, but they still have a decent selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. They carry some designers that other shops in the area do not, but most bridal gowns start at $2,000. Their staff is very friendly and will recommend styles based on their knowledge. They also encourage you to take pictures while many other stores will not allow photos. The store also carries a good selection of jewelry, shoes and accessories.
This is a small grocery store and therefore the prices are generally higher than chain stores like Cub or Kohls. However, their meat department is top notch and the customer service is great. The cashiers seem to really get to know their regular customers. While I wouldnt shop here all the time, its a great grocery store to pick up a few things and reminesce about what the local markets used to be like.
This is a charming store in downtown Middleton. It is not a huge store, but it is not too crowded. They have a great selection of Lladros, Humels and many other well known collectible lines. The store also has an always changing selection of dolls, including beautiful porcelin dolls. The owner and staff at this store are very knowledgable and will help you special order items if by chance you cant find exactly what you are looking for.
I have not been to their new location on Hwy 12 in Middleton, but I imagine it is just as great as their first location. This place has everything you could need for scrapbooking and stamping. They also have a great selection of toys, both educational and just for fun. The owners and staff are very knowledgable and friendly. They also offer a variety of classes for those who want to become more crafty.
This store has the largest selection in town of scrapbook papers and supplies. The store is pretty spacious although it can get crowded at nights and on weekends. Their prices are decent and they also accept competitor coupons on most items. They also allowed me to use one of their punches in the store after I had a problem with a punch purchased from another scrapbooking store. Overall, I think this is a great store with good customer service.
This is a great campground for all ages. It is a huge campground, but is fairly easy to navigate. The bathroom facilities arent great, but there are some that have running water and showers. The campsites all have fire pits and a picnic table. There is plenty to do during the days, including hiking the many trails, fishing, and hanging out at the beach. The prices are very reasonable, but the place books up very quickly so you need to make reservations far in advance. Checking in on Friday nights can be a pain, but they move the lines pretty quickly. Overall, a great campground in a beautiful state park.
Craig definitely makes the best cake I have ever tasted in the Madison area. I have tried many flavors, but my all-time favorite is the chocolate mouse cake with shaved chocolate topping. The cakes arent decorated extremely fancy, but they are nice enough looking. Craigs Cake Shop is a little more expensive than some other bakeries, but in my opinion cake that tastes that good is truly priceless.
