Beautiful place tucked into the middle of Akron. The people that work here seem snotty most of the time - but what can you do? The price for admission is average, definitely worth it. During the holidays you can drive through and look at all their lights - that is definitely the best time!
Cleveland Costume serves the community pretty well. Prices are average, but yes, they are open year round instead of just seasonally. Customer service varies (some old time employees and some high school kids too) They really do have a great selection - not just costumes, they also have novelties and accessories. I recommend.
Delicious pastries, very pretty (and delicious) wedding cakes also. Two people in our family have ordered wedding cakes from this long standing bakery and they were both very good. The inside of the bakery is very warm and inviting, and smells soooo good! Parking is plentiful, customer service is above average, I would recommend.
We rented several of the margarita machines for an office party, and everything went well. They provided us with everything we needed, from mixes to the machine itself - and they also made suggestions on how to bring everything together and make the party more festive. The machinery was clean, and customer service was pretty good. I would use them again.
This store was very clean, and nicely decorated. I was referred to them by a family member who has used them for years. I went in on a whim to look at earrings, and wound up buying necklace, earrings and a ring! Customer service was good. I would go back. They also provide free cleanings on jewelry bought there.
We lived here for two years, and loved it. The apartments are pricey, but it is quiet, clean and worth every penny. We found these apts from a referral from someone who already lived there. They have garages available (for extra $) a pool, and washers and dryers on premise. I recommend them - I feel they were safe and the best in the valley!
The apartments are spacious, rent is pretty inexpensive (when compared to other places around there) and they do have a pool.
Management is HORRIBLE. They do not care about their residents, and only care about if your rent is paid. Both of our cars were broken into - and we had the apartment directly across from the office! Our garage was broken into, and there was always glass all over the parking lot.
Our apt was infested with CENTIPEDES!! I would never move back there - even for free rent.
We rented candleabras, table linens, chair covers, and wine goblets from Millers. Service was okay, nothing special. Prices were okay, again, nothing special. If you pick up the items yourself and return them yourself, they will give you a discount. Check their website for current specials. The items we did receive were clean, and in good condition. Everything was average, but good. I would recommend them.
Fall is a great time to visit Hale Farm. The scenery is fantastic, and they have tons of activities for everyone. They have colonial days where you can view the making of candles and how people lived back in olden times. Admission is very affordable - especially for what you get. I recommend a visit at least once!
TONS of parking, good food, okay indoor decor. Attended a wedding here just a few weeks ago and had a pretty good time. Some of the food (appetizers) were not so good, but other food (main dishes) were pretty good. I would probably recommend them.
