Kips Toyland is located in the Los Angeles Farmer's Market and is a very nice toy store. They sell the classice toys like blocks, dolls, games and stuffed animals. The store is well organized and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about what kind of toy would be appropriate for what age.
Light My Fire is located in the Farmers Market in Los Angeles and sells the largest collection of hot sauces that I have ever seen. They probably carry every hot sauce available in the market. Their walls are lined with all the different bottles. Each one is unique and are graded to the degree of hotness they produce. The sales staff are very nice and are very willing to answer any question or suggest which sauce would be the best for your degree of tolerance.
I found Tutti Gelati one day when I was driving heading for the freeway from work. I love Italian ice cream so I stopped by and tried their gelato's. It has become one of my favorite places for ice cream by where I work. I love their tiramisu flavor, it is one of my favorites from this shop. The staff are very nice and courteous as well here.
My friend lives near the Masti Malone Ice Cream store and had taken me there to try their ice cream. They have really unique ice cream products and was a little unsure about trying out rosewater ice. But my friend insisted the tasted delicious and so I was convinced into trying them out. The rosewater ice was in fact wonderful and refreshing. I just loved it and was glad my friend introduced me to this place. The staff that work there are also very friendly and courteous.
I happen to love Italian ice cream and I have found that the Paradise Gelato Creamery has some really yummy gelato's and sorbeto's. My personal favorites are the pistachio and Nocciola flavors. The sorbeto's are good too and are made from fruits. The staff are also very friendly and courteous to customers.
The Torrance Farmer's Market is one of my mom's favorite places to shop for fresh produce. I have gone with her a few times and I thought it was kind of fun to see all the different stuff that each vendor sold. The have many vendors there and their prices are cheap. The only thing I didn't like is having to carry all those plastic bags around as we shopped from vendor to vendor.
Madrid Hair Shops is where my mom always goes to have her hair cut and I decided to try it out. The salon is about average in size and the hairstylists are pretty friendly. The lady that cut my hair was very talkative but she did a pretty decent job on my hair. My mom though just loves the place.
I have gotten my hair cut at the Basix Hair Salon a couple of times before. The salon is not a big place but the hairstylist a friendly and pleasant to talk to. The haircuts I have gotten from them were okay, not really spectacular. I also have gotten my hair colored from them and it turned out okay. Their prices are pretty decent.
My friends and I often go to the Wild Rivers water park during the summer especially on those hot days. The weekends really get crowded here but we still are able to have the greatest time even when we have to wait in lines. There are plenty of rides to choose from and there is a favorite for everyone. Mine is the wave pool, it is just awesome.
My cousin and I shopped at the It's a Wrap Production a couple of years ago just to browse through all their merchandise. We had heard about the store from friends and wanted to see for ourselves. They sell clothing worn by the celebs and the tags even tell you who wore the piece of clothing and whether it was worn on a movie set or a piece worn for personal use. It was pretty cool and worth a look.
