I called a cab that hadn't come and a urumex cab was picking up another fare. The taxicab driver radioed for another cab to come and pic me up. The cab was literally there to pick me up in less then five minutes. The cab was clearly marked, the drivers id was displayed along with permit to operate as a cab service. The cab itself was clean and air conditioned and the driver was polite. I was very pleased with the customer service I received.
It was my first delivery and we headed to the hospital. Once there an impatient intake nurse gathered my information. She was also short with me when I couldn't answer questions for her form. The first room was dirty, but they quickly moved me to another clean and bigger room. The nurses were very helpful, explained everything they were doing and attended my every need. The service after this was very pleasant. They brought me to my room, found something for me to eat, I got to my room around 10pm that night. They continued to check on me and thoroughly explained everything for my exit interview.
The clinic is located upstairs of the tag place. The waiting room seems large, but it is always crowded with people waiting for various services. You first have to wait in line to receive a number to receive services, then you wait for you number to be called. It is a long process and the service is satisfactory. The people over worked and are often short with you and inflexible. If you have to pick up school forms like I did i would suggest seeing if they can mail it to you.
This is the first time my daughter went to school, kindergarten. I was a litte nervous about her being gone all day. She met her teachers and several of the staff before school starts. She enjoyed every part of the class and school experience. The teachers are making the transition very easy on her. The communication is very open and the respond immediately to any questions I have.
It was purely by accident that I came across this little bookstore. Many of the products are in Arabic. I enjoyed the fact that it had a nice selection of products. I purchased a few items for my husband and a coloring book for my daughter which she enjoyed. The prices are reasonable, I only wish I could read more Arabic as it might have been better for choosing more selections.
I enjoyed my trip to Woodruff Arts Center arts center. It had been my first time in Atlanta and I was site seeing. it was a wonderful find of the art and sculptures. I spent hours walking around viewing all there was to see. The gift shop was nice but a little on the expensive side for my college budget when I went. The information on the pieces made the trip very enjoyable.
I delivered my second child at this hospital. I took the tour and was very impressed by all the programs they offered. The staff was very helpful and courteous. However on the day of my delivery I was scheduled to come in for induction as I was over due. The time scheduled, my bed wasn't available. No problem, although I was still nervous. When I went in I was already in the inactive stage of delivery. They were very helpful I had a short delivery and was taken to my room. This happened around 9 at night. The nurses brought me some food, but no baby. Several hours later no baby still. I went to look in the nursery and my son wasn't there. I'm exhausted and very stress because when they first brought me to my room I was told they were cleaning him up and would bring him to me shortly. I still hadn't held him. After walking around the nursery I went back to my room, my nurse came shortly after asking if I was ok. I explained I wanted my baby. Shortly after another nurse came in with him. She explained that we was having trouble maintaining his temperture and was under observation, but that he was ok now. We had to return to the hospital every day for the next two weeks because of other problems. Each visit the nurses explained everything that was going on, and were extremely helpful.
VN Children has adorable clothing. The shop is small and full of adorable clothing for girls and boys. They don't have much of a selection for newborns or babies. Most of there clothing are for little children. The clothes are reasonably priced and they have a selection of clearance clothing as well. You can get a 2 piece dress set for $5.00. The owner is very nice and likes to give my kids a free something every time we shop. She has a small dressing room so you can try the clothes on in the back. There is also a selection of shoes, most for girls although they have some for boys to match the dress suits and tuxedos. In the very very back you can find Asian outfits that my daughter loves to wear as pajamas. I love the fact that the clothes are adorable, the owner is polite and she remembers her customers, and the fact that they can fit everyone budget.
It was a weekend and my first born was sick. Her regular doctor's office was closed, so we rushed her over to children's health care of Atlanta. The nurses were so helpful and understanding of an over anxious new mother. The waiting room is very child friendly. The doctor explained everything she was doing and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. They made the visit very easy my young daughter and were very patient in getting her to feel better. They gave her the medicine she needed, a nurse wrote what I needed to do down on a paper for me to take home. I mentioned I might forget everything the doctor told me. They were simply wonderful, even though my daughter wasn't as sick as I thought, just a mild ear infection.
The service is professional and quick. I go there every year to have my taxes done and he is very thorough in going over our deductions. It's a small office with TK, we never have a wait and we usually receive our refund in a matter of weeks. One time we had a problem and we were able to call and have the matter cleared up in a matter of days. His rates are reasonable and the service is great!
