I just went there for a check up and all the other lovely things that go with menopause. I found Dr. Morrell to be about as good as they come. When I left I was thinking "I need to send them a hand written note of thanks, he really heard me and I felt like he cared" two days later, I still had not written the note but Dr. Morrell did! Got a hand written card, very personal from him. Now THAT just doen't happen anymore.I highly recommend and the staff was totally kind and patient with me considering I did not fill out ANY paper work prior to coming.
We have moved twice in the last 15 years and each home had the Invisible Fence Northwest. It has a life time guarantee and this new puppy program that just blew me away! Our dogs were trained as puppies at 9 weeks of age. The trainers also were so professional, answered all our questions and I felt that it was a good investment. Really, what price can you put on peace of mind? Our dogs would give them 10 stars I'm sure because the get to enjoy the great outdoors more often because we know they are safe.
And the sales person was very helpful and everytime we called her she returned our call the same day. I have recommed Invisible Fence Northwest to several of my friends and they had the same great experience. Our dogs actually play together in each others yards sometimes too.
This company goes the extra mile, well worth the investment. Oh, when we moved, we took our fence with us, that would never happen with a hard fence!
I don't think you will ever find anyone that cares as much as Becky and Dave about their students. Dave often stays after class to help the dogs that seem to need that extra attention. The email support is very helpful because sometimes in a group class you just can't have take up time or don't want to air your dirty laundry about your dog. Being able to email Becky or Dave about a problem during the session is so helpful, just could not find that kind of help anywhere else.
Becky always made sure that all students do not leave without some advice and the advise is given with great humor and sincerity. Been to a lot of dog training classes and this by far was the most positive and fun! She is always really good with kids and I found it helpful that children were allowed and encouraged to participate in class. It really is a family affiar and was nice to see families there in class. Did make for a crowded class, lots of people but that's ok, my dog needed the distractions! The training room also was huge and parking not an issue. On nice days we actually went outside and practiced there as well, Becky likes to mix it up and we liked that as it was never boring and not a lot of repeated exercises.
I love Dr. Marsh and his staff. They not only are very responsive to the needs of my pets, the follow up is great. As a pet professional I find their pet hospital to be one of the finest in our community.
While I would never recommed getting a puppy from a pet store I have to say I have had several friends that bought a puppy from this store and felt cheated. No birtdates, no papers, dog not the breed mix as represented. My most recent client bought a poodle, the puppy is very sick, has phenemonia and store will not pay for vet bill. People get emotionally attached and won't give the puppy back. One client got a golden retriever puppy and at age 10 months had to have surgery on both hips.
PROS: None that I can think of
CONS: The price you pay for getting a puppy here is often more than you bargained
As a professional trainer I have experience many kennels. Cascade Kennels truely is exceptional. From the way they maintian the property to the care they give the dogs. The stress level there is very low. A good sign of any kennel is the level of barking which at Cascade is minimal to none. That is a sign of happy dogs. The design of the kennel is totally geared towards the dogs comfort. Someone was thinking "dog" when they built this beautiful kennel in Woodinville Washington.
