Founder's Hall
If you are a Southern Belle looking for the perfect place to host your wedding, this Southern style hall would be a great place to check out. Located in Historic Roswell, it has the front white pillars and front porch, and several rooms to host your party. In the back, there is a large room for a dance floor. Thisis a nice spot for a small reception or company party.
Raiford Gallery
This is a lovely Art Gallery located near downtown historic Roswell. Although I have not bought any large ticket items here, I have purchaced several pieces of jewelry that Judy Raiford made herself and received some as gifts. This is a neat place and they have all different kinds of art on display.
Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Roswell
This place is unbelievable if you are into fast cars! I went here with my dad, and we had a great time. My company also visited Andretti's for a team building activity. It can get expensive, but it is really fun to drive the cars around the track. There is a great restaurant located inside. This used to be a Sam's Club, so you can get an idea of how large it is!
China Garden Restaurant
This venue really has something for everyone in the family. There is an outdoor mini-golf course and go-karts,and there are countless video games in the indoor arcade. They have a large movie theater as well as a club that you can see live comedy performances. Great spot whether you live in Roswell or just visiting.
Brookfield Country Club
I have attended MANY events at the Brookfield Country Club and have never been dissapointed with the staff, food and class of the place. I have also never been blown away! This club is located on the 18th hole of the golf course in a very nice neighborhood in Roswell. Great for receptions, graduation parties, or company parties.
King Galleries
Whether you are looking to pick up a small gift with a small price for a friend or a stately piece for your home, this place has many unique items. I have never been dissapointed with the fun things in the store, and they offer cute gift wrap with your purchace. Check this place out!
Camp Kingfisher Chattahoochee
Growing up in Roswell, I frequented the Chatahoochee Nature Center often for field trips. This is a neat spot located across the street from the river. They have various wildlife including birds and other critters indoors. There are paths and boardwalks on the marsh as well. A neat spot for kids on a restless summer day!
Roswell United Methodist Chr
If you like a traditional church with a large amount of members, you should check out RUMC. Located near downtown historic Roswell, this church is very active in the community and really offers something for everyone. The building is beautiful and they also have a small chapel for more inimate services such as weddings or memorials. Christmas is a great time to visit as well, they have many services.
Bulloch Hall
Located near the square in downtown Historic Roswell, Bulloch Hall has many events and activities to check out throughout the year. This antebellum home really takes you back the days when Roswell was first settled. Growing up in Roswell, there were many events here that I attended. They also offer tours and there is an annual quilt show and the house is beautiful at Christmas.
Naylor Hall
I grew up right around the corner from this event facility and there were always things going on there. When it was time for my wedding, I checked it out. It was a great spot if you are looking for a place with Southern Charm. Although the venue was too small for my wedding, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a smaller reception location, and you can have the ceremony there as well. The staff was very friendly when I met with them and the house was decorated very nice.
