We called D G Construction to ask them to do an estimate on finishing our basement. They told us that they would come by Monday or Tuesday. We waited around for them to come and they never did. Wednesday, we called and they told us that they aren't interested. That is fine, but they could have at least called to let us know. The guy didn't even say good bye on the phone. Horrible.
The Training Table is very yummy - especially the chicken fingers and cheese fries. Their service is pretty quick as well, so if you don't have a ton of time to sit at a restaurant, this is a good place. Even though it is a popular place, I think the tables are placed far enough away that it doesn't seem crowded. It is definitely not a fancy place, but it is fun.
I had a roommate who was going to school at Dallas Roberts so I was there a lot. The stylists do a pretty good job on haircuts and styles and are decently priced. It seems like they are really taught well and can answer most of the questions that you would have about your hair.
I went here one time to have my hair cut and I paid a lot more than I wanted to spend for a haircut. I thought it would be worth it if I got a good cut. But, I explained what I wanted and did not get that at all. I guess the cut was okay, but not at all what I wanted
I went to this salon to have permanant eyeliner done. They were very professional and I was very impressed with the job they did. My eyes look great and the healing was not very difficult. They gave good instructions on keeping them clean during the healing process and there were no problems.
The Colonial House is very nice on the inside. My sister in law had her reception there and it was very pretty. The lay out was nice and the staff was very good at helping out and keeping the trays of food refilled. My nephew threw up and when I told a member of their staff they cleaned it up like it was nothing and told us not to worry about it at all.
This place has so many fun things to bake with. They have lots of innovative things that make cooking easier. The people who work here also know so much about using Bosch mixers and baking. They have tons of good tips and I have even called to get a basic bread recipe before and the lady who asnwered the phone wanted to help so much and knew the recipe from off of the top of her head.
This place is great because you can get most of your LDS clothing essentials at the distribution center right on BYU campus. The place doesn't have as much stuff as a normal distribution center, but you can pretty much get whatever you need. You also don't have to wait in as long of a line as in other distribution centers. The people who work there are very friendly and try to be very helpful.
This place is a fun bowling alley. It is nice to go on a date or even for a family night out, but it really has a college student atmosphere. There are great lights outside that look like fireworks and make the place seem like so much fun. It is a fairly new place and not badly priced.
This place has every kind of tie. I wanted for my husband that would match a dress of mine and could not find one the same color any where. I finally found one that worked perfectly at this store. So if you need to match something or if you are looking for something a little different than other stores have, then go here. They have nice ties and funny ties and everything in between.
