Selection is not as great as other dealers in the area. Service is generally friendly, when someone is available to help you. This an overall low-pressure dealership, where you feel more free to look around without someone over your shoulder. Parts department is a little bit slow both on service and turnaround. However, overall, I find this to be a satisfactory dealership.
An absolutely wonderful collision center. After a recent accident, Brighton restored our car to pristine condition by replacing everything with original factory parts down to the stickers on the fan. Their turnaround was very reasonable. All cars are kept in a secured lot. The staff is friendly and courteous and the prices are reasonable. Brighton Collision Center is a class act automobile repair center that definitely stands by its work. Recommended!
Coulter Motor Company has a good selection of cars by Pontiac, Cadillac, GMC and Buick. The service department is particularly impressive with a quick turn around, accurate quotes and minimal hassle on warranty repairs. The salespeople seem willing to let you wander around the let, yet are willing to answer any questions you might have. Overall, based on my experience, I would recommend.
Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep was an alright dealership - the salespeople were not as high pressure as a lot of car dealerships. However, I was not, overall, impressed by our salespersons knowledge of the automobiles on the lot or of the financing. We seemed to be directed more at used (2005 model year) automobiles than the "new" 2005 models that were marked down to lower than the used car prices. Rode along with us on the test drive, but did not seem to pressure us too much.
Earnhardt Ford is, overall, a quality dealership that does not apply high pressure tactics to try to force you into one of their vehicles. The salesmen at Earnhardt treated us with respect and answered all of our questions clearly without trying to sway our decisions about which automobile we were interested in. One minor complaint about the dealership is the "check-in" area at the entrance of the dealership.
PROS: Low pressure, good customer service.
CONS: "Check-in" station
While Tempe Honda does have a good overall selection of new and used Hondas, I cannot recommend the dealership due in large part to the quality of the sales team. While the first salesman I dealt with was very friendly, the second was agressive, condescending and downright rude (even more so than other dealerships I've dealth with). The management seems to take an indifferent attitude towards complaints and did not resolve the issues that I had in a satisfactory manner. I had hope for Tempe Honda at first, but that disappeared thanks to the extreme lack of customer service exhibited by the salespeople.
CONS: Customer Service
Everything Pets is an absolutely wonderful vet clinic in St. Louis area. They are conviently located off of 270 and Olive. All of the vets that we have dealt with at Everything Pets have been courteous, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions we have had. The support staff is top notch and our dog actually enjoyed going back to see her friends. They also provide boarding for animals that are patients and the prices are extremely reasonable, especially in light of the attention given to your pet. All in all, Everything Pets is the type of vet that you look for and hold onto once you find! Highly recommended.
Zia Records has a great selection of new and used compact discs as well as new and used DVDs. The selection is wonderful and the prices are comparable to other smaller record stores - although generally higher than the larger, national superstores. The staff is knowledgeable and more than willing to help. Additionally, the store has a large selection or records for vinyl enthusiasts.
Ski Pro always has friendly and knowledgeable staff that are more than willing to help. The prices and selection are outstanding, especially if you are able to catch one of their sales. The Chandler store has a large selection of skis, snowboards and accessories as well as clothing from most major labels. Definitely worth checking out Ski Pro over the large national sporting good chains. Even if it ends up costing more, the customer service is more than worth it.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the San Diego area. The beach is wonderful, the service is great and the views are outstanding. The spa is also very nice. One drawback to the Hotel del Coronado is, obviously, the price - however, it is definitely worth the upgrade to ocean view rooms. Also, if you are staying over a weekend make sure to check out the Sunday brunch.
