The therapists at Fox Valley Institute are wonderful clinicians and wonderful people. I came to them after leaving a therapist I was comfortable with after moving. They don't care just because it's their job. They care because of who they are. this is a testament to their owner and founder, Laura Bokar, but also to the individual members of the staff. Realizing that you need the kind of help they can provide is not easy, but receiving it from them is.
Where in the world today can you kick back and enjoy a good cigar in the company of friends? Not too many places, that's to be sure. But Bull & Bear is an exception. You can stop in to find a particular cigar or get a suggestion from the knowledgeable staff or the loyal patrons. Sit in the leather chairs and enjoy the results. It feels more like a club than a store, and that's the best kind of store, isn't it?
When I lived in Chicago (until recently) I tried several auto care locations. Many took advantage of misfortune to overcharge for parts and towing, to recommend unnecessary repairs. Voegtle's is different. Joe and the rest of the staff treat you with respect. I've experienced them do more for much less than any other auto repair shop in Dupage County.
Security is important. Peace of mind is important. The confidence that you're being taken care of is important. When your car breaks down out of town, the last thing you expect to find is a place that fills all of these important needs. That's what you find when you visit Jim Lewis Tire. Phil LePage and the rest of the staff ensure that your needs are heard and met. Whenever I'm in town I stop in and let them have a look, just in case. It's comforting to know they are there.
When I married into a family based out of Jefferson City, I was a little worried that I'd be lost when it came to financial concerns. I needn't have worried. I have never felt so safe and secure when it comes to my finances. Even now, in Ohio, I have my taxes done in a CPA office in Mid-Missouri. It's worth it to me to know that, to them, the individual client is important, not just as a client, but as a person.
I first went to Eureka Physical Therapy when I suffered a bcak injury in high school playing football. I felt embraced, in a sense in their care and concern then. To this day, when I am at home, I go back to where I have been valued and treated with respect and quality care when I have a physical complaint that they are able to address. They always find time for you ang they always make you feel wlecomed. That's important to me.
I have seen Dr. Sattman sice I was just a kid. There is something to be said when a doctor has watched you grow up. I hadn't been back in years until recently and I was surprised when he asked about my family and made me feel like I had bumped into an old friend. It's nice to know that when I'm back home, there are some benefits to having old relationships still in place. When people care, you feel cared for and Dr. Sattman cares.
I began seeing Dr. Rickmeyer upon the insistence of my siblings who changed from the family doctor of our childhood before I did. It was a good switch. Dr. Rickmeyer makes you feel involved in your treatment. He's always willing to discuss his suggestions and opinions, not merely dictating to you. It's important to have a voice in your own care and that voice is encouraged here.
My family has called Dr. Leo Burke a friend and a dentist for as long as I can remember, practically. Here I am in Ohio, after living in Chicago for a few years, and I drive back to Pacific to see Dr. Burke. You don't do that for just any dentist. There is a safety and a sense of value you feel in the office from the front desk staff to the technicians to the doctors themselves. It is a pleasure to be their patient. You are in good hands here.
I have been going to Dr. Wunderlich for years. Even now, as I've moved twice to different states , I still return if at all possible. The staff is awesome and Dr. Wunderlich is great. You feel important and remembered, even though you know that they have many clients. They will work with you, which lets you know that they appreciate you.
