Every time I see one of these trucks while I'm driving, I hav eto fight the urge to grab the driver and drag him out of the car and ask him how much is he selling his soul for. Not ONLY did they NOT get my AC fixed, but they left my carpet a MESS. They promised to pay for it and then I had to hear from the nastiest man ALIVE (via telephone) saying that his guys would NEVER promise auch a thing and that it's just "part of the business". Oh yeah? What about actually FIXING my AC? Isn't that part of the business too? Guess not!
Any botanist knows the importance of a warranty when it comes to plants. Nothing is more frustrating that watching your tree die and then listening to the store managers tap-dance around their very own warranty. Esposito's is nothing like that! Yes, the prices are higher - quite a bit higher. But try going to Home Depot and see whether or not they'll replace your dying tree! Espositos has made a permanent customer out of me!
With a name like "Diamond Center", you'd think that repair would cost an arm and a leg. It doesn't! I was so shocked to see that they repaired my mother's birthstone right at a proce that a college studentcould afford. I broke down and wept right on the spot!
I was put off at how condescending the lady working on me was! The other reviewer and I must've had the same woman working on us, because I also got a lady asking me about marriage and children. I'm 23! Can I get my education first? If their people would just be quiet, it would be a pretty decent day spa, but I can't relax when the lady working on my face is grilling me about marriage plans.
Their food was a very fresh quality to it - not just "hot" but "right off the grill" hot, if you know what I mean. Kind of small, but it has a cozy-type feel to it, and it's not so small that the customer service gets sacrificed.
...suffering from becoming a Starbucks chain, so to speak. It's like the concentration is no longer on being a good bookstore and is now more on becoming the best college hangout, with staff more concerned about cappuchinos than books. I stopped going there a while ago, especially considering how expensive the books are!
I love this little store and all of the things inside that remind me of my lovely Roman Catholic upbringing. And I always remember to bring my container to fill it up with holy water! The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and knowledgable.
I've found some real gems for cheap here! I can't go a week without visiting "The Rack" as my friends and I call it. The staff is so sweet and they don't mind if you spend hours wandering around and only wind up buying about three books. They're also pretty fair about the buy/trade backs as well.
This was the first place I went to for a "serious" outing with my boyfriend, and it'll hold a place in my heart forever. Kudos to the staff for treating a pair of fumbling teenagers with class and respect.! Totally deserving of a world-class rating!
Excellent spa pedicure! I try to treat myself to one every other week - payday week, since it can be a bit pricey. The staff is friendly and the prices are great - and so is the QUALITY of the work.
