Soccer West
Soccer West is located at the Gateway center in Federal Way.
They have an assortment of soccer apparel, including shorts, cleats, shinguards and jackets. They also have cones, soccer balls and other assorted equipment. I went there when I purchased items for my daughter and found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit higher but they have brands you cannot find at chain stores.

Teds Hot Dogs
This place rocks! They have every kind of hotdog you can imagine. Froom your regular hotdog with mustard to fancy grourmet hotdogs, Teds has it all.
A great atmosphere that is very down home and friendly.
Be prepared to dig in to the large portions and the fries are to die for! They have regualar dogs, brats, and different sausages. Try the chili dog loaded with cheese and onions.
Spirit Of Washington Dinner
The dinner train in Renton is a nice afternoon getaway
THe seating is somewhat cramped and chances are you will be seated with strangers at the same table.
Prices are ok and you get a good meal. You can get brunch (less expensive) or dinner.
There is some good scenery but be aware alot of the view is of peoples backyards and such.
You stop at the Columbia Winery and get a short tour and then wine tasting.
The staff is super professional and will cater to your every whim. They will arrange to have, balloons, roses and even have your picture taken if you choose (these all have additional fees.
Kent Valley Ice Centre
We recently had a birthday party for my daughter and the Kent Valley Ice Center and were not disappointed.
They gave the children a 30 min lesson on ice skating basics.
They children then skated and had so much fun.
We also had a banuquet room where the staff set up plates napkins etc and served us pizza, cake and ice cream.
The cost was very resonable and the staff were helpful and friendly. The arena itself is clean and tidy and there was plenty of parking even on a busy Saturday afternoon.
A Small Animal Hospital
They are very caring and professional and A Small Animal Hospital. They truly love and have a passion for animals and it shows. When I took my cat in for an illness, they quickly diagonsed and treated her.
From spaying and nuetering to vaccines and illness and injury they treat and care for you animals so lovingly.
I have also found their prices for flea treatment to be better than most and their is a 24hr emergency line you can call if needed.
Brassfields Salon & Dayspa
What can I say. I love Brassfields.
My stylist always makes me look gorgeous. They take the time to listen to what you want and need and will give you their professional advice. The cuts and color are always fab and make sure you get waxed too!
Super professional and very relaxing atmosphere.
Very clean and they are always friendly.
Make sure and book your appt early they can be pretty full sometimes.
Srs Loan Processing

All the staff is very knowledgeable and will help you pick plants or flowers that will work best in your yard.
Not the lowest prices around but your paying for quality.

Starplex Gateway Movies 8
This theatre is ok. They don't have stadium seating and the theaters seem kind of small.
The do have good movies and it is (right now) the only theater in Federal Way. The snacks are overpriced....but that runs true at any theater. They keep it clean
