I could rave about this store for years. I went into this store with my mom, who knits scarves and I came out a knitter myself! They have the most awesome yarns and you just want to buy one of each becasue they are so great. They aren't your normal craft store yarns, these are quality yarns. So now I knit...not very well. But their staff with teach you how to knit too, which is nice. The prices are a little high, but all they sell is yarn, so I guess I understand why. If you want something different, or trendy, give this place a try. It is awesome!
This place had a lot to offer and they have classes or you can have parties there and bring people in for a bead making or pottery party. I loved that they had so much pottery there that you could design yourself. I would love to do that some day. I went in for some beads and was pleasantly surprised that they had an abundance of them and very helpful and knowledgable staff.
Parking is a little shady because it is in De Pere, and parking is never good there!
This was a great place, had lots of stuff for scrapbookers and there was a lot of beads. They have people going around helping you if you want to make something, someone is there to give their advice and that is very nice. It is a huge place, and in an up and coming area, I think it will do very well.
They didn't have what I needed there, so I had to go elsewhere, but it was still very nice.
I had to have emergency appointments for my bridesmaids about 3 days before my wedding when my hairstylist's grandpa died and Salon Taglio got us in last mintue. I was very happy about it but it just seemed very unorganized in there. They got us all done in time, but didn't seem very happy about it. We could have gotten done faster, but oh well. My maid of honor wasn't liking the way her stylist was doing her hair, and instead of working with her the stylist was very rude and was sort of making it out to be my maid of honors fault.
We had a second experience there there months later for my friends wedding. This time it was less chaotic, but still some of the stylists seemed rude. We did get champagne this time though!
Another thing I don't like is that they don't use hot rollers, only curling irons and I personally can't get a good hair style from curling iron. It doesn't stay nearly as long. So I was very dissapointed about that.
This is such an interesting shop. They have so much to look at. They focus on vintage, but they also have some new items. It is a little old smelling in there, the place is packed wall to wall with vintage clothing, accesories, and pretty much everything you could think of. It is a nice little history lesson to go in and spend some time looking around, even if you are not going to buy anything.
Love this downtown area of Manitowoc.
I have to say that I was a little nervous to visit this hospital just for a doctors appointment and the staff was a little less than professional, but I love what Dr. Benrubi has done for me this far. He has given me some creams that have solved a female problem I have been battling for about 4 years. I would highly recommend him.
CONS: Staff is a bit rude and unprofessional
This store is always so helpful and I can find any book I am looking for. I could spend hours in here, either lounging and reading or looking for my newest read. It is the best bookstore out there and it is always clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help find anything.
Prices are pretty comparable to other bookstores out there.
I love this store, the only downfall is it is so far away and having to get onto Blanding is something I rarely do, unless of an emergency! They truely do have everything at this store, and if you get one of their Pet Pals cards, you can save quite a bit of money. It is like a pet superstore, a wal-mart for pets, if you will!
PROS: everything you need under one roof!
CONS: too far of a drive
I first went to the Bealls in Palatka, and what a difference in these two stores. Although, I assume this is a discount store similar to TJMaxx and Steinmart, they seemed a bit pricey. Actually it just depended on what you were looking for. The petite department was made for older women, not one young piece of clothing in it. The fitting room stunk and it seemed the the store just needed an overhaul. Had some nice things, but you had to spend at least three hours trying to find the best deal.
I really like the publix in Orange Park, they are always very friendly an I like that they offer to help you take your grocerys to your car and help you load them althought I don't use this service. I think there prices are a bit higher than most, but for the reduction of the headache, I would rather go there than there big box competetor grocery store.
