This bank is located right on the University of Chicago campus, near the hospital and bookstore making it a very convenient location. It was quite easy to open a student account which had good perks (no minimums or checking account charges). The lines can sometimes be quite long to speak to a teller, but there are three ATMs where most of your business can be taken care of.. The customer service there is quite good.
Good location in a cozy neighborhood. There is ample seating through the store/cafe to eat whatever treat you have purchased - they range from milkshakes to hot cocoa to rice krispie treats. It it like going to your grandmother's house and having all of her goodies for sale.
While most of the desserts were quite fresh, I've sampled a few old/hard cookies during my visit. Since then, I just order more popular items and haven't had a problem with freshness.
Though this pizza place is swamped with tourists in the summer, it is still one of my favorite restaurants for deep dish pizza in Chicago. Oddly enough, the pizza at this Pizzaria Uno is completely different (and much better) from that you would get at the chain outside of Chicago.
A word to the wise, the wait for the pizza is about 45 minutes so put in your order when you place your reservation. Then you can chill with some drinks on the patio - when your seats are ready, your pizza is not far behind. The pizza is about the same price as other local chains.
