My friend bought a suit in the wrong color, which he procrastinated on and couldn't be returned, so he sold it to me. It was a pretty close fit, except he's a few inches taller than me so the pants and sleeves were a bit long. I had the suit brought in to be shortened. I tried it on, the alterator pinned the suit at the correct length, and when I picked it up, it was a perfect fit that looks customized to me.
I usually have trouble sleeping away from my familiar room, but I really liked this hotel. The walls are very thick and noises from adjacent rooms can't be heard. They have a well-stocked vending machine for late night snack cravings, which you can eat while watching a pay-per-view movie on their TVs. The selection in movies and channels are awesome. Really nice rooms at this hotel - if you hate staying away from home as much as I do, you pretty much forget you're at a hotel.
This is where I bought my bicycle - it's a complete shop with mountain bikes of different colors, gears, and speeds depending on your uses. I like casual riding in a nearby park, and found a bike just for that. Along with that, they sold me a really sturdy lock and a small zip-case that attaches to the back and holds my cell phone, keys, and a first aid kit and makes sure they aren't lost. This store is really complete with bicycles and accessories.
I'm really picky about my t-shirts and once I have an idea in mind, I want to go for it. Unfortunately, it's rare to ever find any pre-existing t-shirts that are designed the way I want. I like this graphics store because you can create your own artwork, or use a pre-existing logo or design, and imprint it on a t-shirt color and style of your choice. This is great for people with an artistic flair, or people who hate white t-shirts. This store has a lot of colors and sizes to choose from, and you can design your own phrases or images for a t-shirt made by you, to express who you are.
This is a really nice hotel. Everything is really clean and well-kempt. They have a small fitness room and a nice cool pool (which was never crowded on my stay) to enjoy at night. There were plenty of outlets to charge my cell phone, electric toothbrush, and electric shaver, and I really appreciated not having to unplug one thing to make room for the next. Very courteous staff and nice anemities.
This is a really nice, family toy store. They have card games, board games, puzzles, and really cool mind-teaser toys that are difficult to figure out. Everything is made from really sturdy quality. The cardboard is sturdy, the plastic game pieces are brightly-colored, and the wood is thick. There are so many original games in here I haven't seen at other stores, like Fluxx, an interactive (and quite fun) card game. We've had some great nights playing games we got from this store.
This is a very clean tanning bed studio, and a better choice than buying a bottle of tanning lotion and making uneven streaks and resulting in a fake orange and brown color. I just don't like how many sessions it takes to get the desired color - it's around four for me. I like instant gratification, and get kind of impatient going for four twenty minute sessions - it's kind of a pain when you're busy. I'm giving it three stars because you eventually do get a tan, but it just takes too long.
This makes for some great games of laser tags. My friends and I have the toy store versions of laser tag, which you can play at home, but this place offers so much more. They have neon, glow-in-the-dark cardboard cut-outs to hide behind, smoke for a more difficult visual perspective, authentic laser noises, and a pitch black theme that makes it more difficult to see where you're going. The downside is the game seems to end as soon as it started, and I could spend hours inside.
Everyone here is really passionate about music and really great with giving lessons. The instructors are laid-back and relaxed, not uptight when you mess a note up as a beginner. I progressed nicely over a series of six months on piano lessons, and can now play music from Disney's "The Lion King." (My instructor loved Disney movies, what can I say?) My family and friends are impressed and are thinking about taking lessons themselves!
This is the jewelry store I went to to buy my fiancee's engagement ring. I liked that the salespeople were honest and direct with my questions - like what each grade of diamond meant, the clarity, cut, and color - and that their diamonds were certified. They gave me a lot of options with the bands, and even allowed me to get a heart-shaped centerpiece on the three-stone ring, which my girlfriend loved. They are direct and up-front with customers, which is why I recommend them.
