And should not even get one star. They are frauds. They try to pass off cheap knock offs as designer dresses! they have been reported to the BBB many times, and should be closed. They will surely ruin your wedding day, when you think you have ordered an expensive designer dress, only to learn some foreigners in a warehouse in NYC are stitching it with not-so-nice fabrics, and will just sew in a label after the fact. What a rip-off! I have also heard of people not even getting their dresses at all in time for their wedding! Horrible!
Everything is in excellent condition, and they only have high-end brand names, and prices are reasonable. Lot's of cute stuff, and also some new stuff too
They have a huge range of supplies, and lots of higher end hair products, except no Bumble & Bumble...but lots and lots of others. They are very friendly, and for every $100 you spend, they give you a 10% of coupon. The salon...I got my nails done there, and the pedicure was pretty good, but the lady didn't do a wonderful job on my french manicure.
I stopped on my way home from the hospital to get nursing bras, and they were very helpful. I got bras that I don't know where else they would even be available! The only thing was, I had just left the hospital, and could hardly stand, and the woman took over 30 minutes before ringing me up so I could go! My husband was pretty miffed.
Other than that, we have also purchased adorable little clothes there, too. Definitely a place for all new moms/soon to be new moms to check out!
Completely upscale place with very, very friendly people who work there. Also, very helpful and knowledgable. They have, hands down, the best watch selection in the valley. The best high-end watches, and the best jewelry. It has a watch store attached to it. They are not overpriced and my husband is very happy with his watch and I love the earrings he got me from there. Highly recommended! Much better than any of those mass-market places around the mall that rip you off.
Totally for the "hip" college crowd. And by "hip" I mean "alternative" and "snotty". You can sell your old clothes and buy other people's old ones. Watch out when you sell: first of all, they completely judge you on what you turn in- watch out if it's not some chic retro leopard fur crap from SoHo...otherwise, they'll cast a dirty, disapproving look. If they do happen to buy your old clothes, they'll give you a fraction of what you could get elsewhere. The store smells, but if you like funky, used stuff, this place is excellent. Just be sure you can compete with the snooty, alternative, purple-haired, pierced crowd.
Best place, hands down, to buy the crib, dresser, and glider. No where else can you get this kind of selection. With the gliders, there is a variety of styles, a HUGE variety of fabrics to choose from, and they're comfortable. They have tons of brands for the cribs/furniture, and many, many samples. This is a must-visit store for every expectant mother. Their bedding sets are not the cutest, but everything else is worth it. They also carry styles of the baby carriers and pack n plays that other stores don't.
They were not very friendly with us. I wanted a crib that did not drop down on the side, and the manager guy laughed at us, and pretty much called us stupid. USA Baby has a much better selection, many more cribs, and they are nicer to boot. I did NOT like the way I was treated in this store. We got our stationery-side crib, and it's great. So Bellini didn't even know what they were talking about. How dare someone call a customer stupid
THe best place to have a baby. THe most wonderful experience. Room service all day and night. Nurses so kind and helpful. Everyone is pleasant, professional, and great. THis is the best place to have a baby! There's a spa downstairs, and everything is just wonderful. Everyone is so nice. Great massage, attentive staff, and good rooms, too. THe baby never left my sight, even though I had a c-section!
Great place to sell your stuff, and not bad to look around, either. Definitely a higher-end consignment shop. THe only downfall I had with it is that they donated a lot of my items to charity, deeming them not worthy to be sold in their store. I kind of doubted this, since I gave them several pairs of never-worn brand new Steve Madden shoes, which were, inexplicably, not good enough to be in their store??!! They were all nicer than anything they had in there! Made me wonder what REALLY happened to the shoes, but in any case, if you have some stuff in your house to get rid of, just bring it to Second Look. It's probably worth taking it out of your house and freeing yourself of the clutter.
And you may find something inside, too...they are pretty picky, and occasionally have very worthy stuff!
