If you have a loved one that is not ready to give up their freedom and move into a care facility, Senior Independence is for you! The offer numerous services such as "meal on wheels" and lifelines. They have trained nurses and social workers that can come out to a home to assist with an older adult. They are very helpful and are always willing to answer questions. They also can assist you with getting medical equipment that medicare will pay for!
Man, this place is huge! Imagine a Walmart, but instead of regular walls, its a massive greenhouse! When you walk in though, its like a stroll through a great garden. Follow the path and you will twist and turn through all of your favorite knick knacks, garden time savers, pots, and of course, plants! The selection is massive, and it is an experience just walking through the place. It is a little pricier than smaller mom and pop garden shops, but the wide selection is worth it. I recommend it!
This place is not too bad. Maria Gardens is definetly in the area and is definetly better. However, they have nice plants, and if you like to put things in your yard, such as lawn ornaments and the like, this is definetly the place for you. Like I said, the plants are good, but the staff isnt great. Most of the staff is teenagers on summer jobs. They really don't know what to say when you ask questions. But the place is still nice. I recommend it.
I live very close to two Maria Garden Centers (strongsville and north royalton). They are both excellent. The planmts are lush and always kept well. They water the plants enough, and you never see those brown leaves like at home depot, lowes, or wal-mart. The best part is the staff, they are EXTREMELY knowlegable about all gardening questions, once again unlike the associate at home depot, lowes, or wal-mart. I recommend them completly, go and enjoy your new garden!
Debra Booher does bankruptcy law. Her goal is to get as many people in as she possibly can. Therefore, client service is sometimes lacking. The people who answer the phone do not normally know what is going on and they do not like to transfer you to a lawyer. She gets the job done...although it is not done very well. Her price is about middle of the road for bankruptcies.
I was stuck in Portage county and needed to do some quick legal research for an afternoon hearing. I ran over to the library. The library is rather small and does not have the most current books, which is sometimes needed. Also, it is not heavily staff. The library is good in a jam but I do not recommend it for everyday use.
CONS: Books not up to date
Rauser is the worse bankrupcty firm in Cleveland. They have to many inexperienced lawyers and too many clients. They work on volume, which means they have to work many cases to make money. Trustees at court do not like them becuase they are always late because they have too many clients. Take your money elsewhere! the law is the law...they will not help you keep your house, the law will!
CONS: Too many clients
Children grow so much and so do you when you are pregnant. That is why my wife and I go to Second to None. she has gotten really nice formal dresses there for upcoming holiday parties and a nice winter coat. The lady that owns the store makes sure are items are clean and no stains before selling them. Things are cheaper than they would be new but still a little more money than a good will. There is a lot to pick from so give yourself plenty of time to do so.
PROS: Good selection and quality
CONS: A little expensive for second hand
We signed up to have the Beacon Sunday paper delivered to us. It was a BIG mistake. The newspaper is great but the deliver service is bad. First, they delivered our paper to the neighbor for the first two weeks. Then we we called to cancel, they kept delivering. Then we got stuck with the bill even though we had cancelled. I would not recommend the delivery service.
My grandma choose to live in the assisted living unit at North Park. The staff all seem very friendly and the price is very good. They include 3 meals in the price. Also, there are little kitchens in the assisted living units for people to cook for themselves also. The only downside it that I which the facility was a little nicer, like more windows, etc. It kind of looks like a prison.
