They sold me shoddy equipment, which failed, and then refused to refund my money. The technical staff is incompetent and unknowledgeable. I would only return to this place if I needed something immediately and there were no other way to get it.
Kind of cheap sound systems and small theaters. This is the perfect place to see movies long after their release date for only 2 or 3 dollars. It is really hard to find parking around the theater.
PROS: Cheap movies in a theater
CONS: Lame movie quality
Although it's not quite like six flags, Lagoon sports its own interesting rides. They have kids' rides, a waterpark, and fun rollercoasters. It does have its own peculiar, carnaval-like atmosphere, complete with the smell and the games lining the walkways in the park.
PROS: Good resort for utah
CONS: Sometimes crowded
This is a good local cell phone store. It is more convenient to come here than to go somewhere bigger. Some of their prices are high, but the people working there try to get the best deal they can for your phone.
This place just has piles and piles of old worthless junk. The storage sprawls out for more than a mile and is visible from the freeway: old world war two missiles, broken guns, and lots of unrecognizable stuff made out of rusted metal.
CONS: sell junk
Cherry Hill is a great place for mini golf and batting cages. Unfortunately, their most appealing asset, a small waterpark, is just that - small. It does not compete with other waterparks and gets boring after a while.
PROS: Variety of cool things to do
A lot of the old and obscure favorites that you can't find at Blockbuster are at cosmo's. They also have new releases, and everything is cheaper at cosmo's than at Blockbusters or Hollywood video. A great local choice.
PROS: Great selection, cheap
CONS: Local to Kaysville
America first is a great place to have a savings account, checking account, and credit card accounts set up. They don't charge me fees for anything, and have a great webaccess banking option
PROS: Web access banking, no service charges
This is a tiny resort with two slow lifts and zero good runs. It is perfect for learning how to ski or snowboard, but after the first time, it is already boring. I would not recommend it unless you have never gone skiing before.
This is a fairly small ski resort, lacking many of the aspects of bigger resorts (such as large terrain parks and lots of high speed lifts). Many of the lifts are slow, and the runs are for beginners. It is fairly far off to drive to. Still, it is a fun place to ski or snowboard.
PROS: good for beginners
CONS: slow lifts
