This shop was just filled with very pleasant, knowledgeable and skilled staff. The wait time was very short. While I was waiting, the staff kept looking over at me, smiling and saying, "Thanks for your patience, it'll be just a few minutes more." My stylist was cheerful, conversational, and gave me THE best cut I've had in a long time. She listened to what I asked for and gave me the perfect cut. I gave her a 55% tip! I'll definitely be going back to her in a few weeks.
PROS: Inexpensive enough to be able to tip well for the excellent service
What a variety of delicious Greek food! You can't go wrong with the gyros and Greek Fries. Be sure to try the papoutsakia, plaki, moussaka & piriami (hope I spelled it all right).
I've only been through the drive-through (never dined in). Service is excellent and food is delivered hot. They always give me more than I can eat at one meal and the prices are super (you get less than half as much for the money at other places). The gyros are delicious and the burgers are savory & juicy. We love this place!
Yummy food. Plus, classic car owners come from all around SE WI and Northern IL to gather in the parking lot and show off their gorgeous cars. We loved it here.
PROS: Food AND entertainment
I brought in a car stereo given to me by a friend, better than the factory installed system in my car. They installed it quickly and accurately, but obviously they thought it was inferior equipment because they were laughing with each other about it and called it Mickey Mouse. Evidently they didn't think I could hear them. The price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job, but I think they could try to be more professional around customers.
I bought a rollator here about a year and a half ago. It broke a couple weeks ago so I brought it back to them. Even though it was no longer under warranty and I couldn't find the receipt, they attempted to repair it for a minimal repair/labor charge. When it was determined to be broken beyond repair, they sent it back to the manufacturer and got me a replacement. I only paid for the attempted repair and labor (hundreds of dollars less than if I'd had to pay for the new one). They also lent me a transport wheelchair to use for the week I was without the rollator.
PROS: They go the extra mile to make the customer happy.
CONS: They seem a bit too serious -- need to smile more.
Super friendly and helpful staff provided the best customer service I've had for this type of business. Helped me find the appropriate filters for my CPAP machine. I was already a bit irritated when I walked in because I had come from another home health equipment shop that had less than acceptable customer service. But these people spent quality time with me, showing me other items I expressed interest in, and seemed to be genuinely interested in my needs, as opposed to a goal of selling me a product.
PROS: Super service with a smile.
They wouldn't sell me a package of filters for my CPAP machine because I didn't have a doctor's prescription in hand. They also wouldn't call my doctor to get a verbal prescription or ok for me to purchase -- told me I had to go get the written prescription and come back with it in hand. Very inconvenient for me. On the way to the doctor's office to request the prescription, I passed another place that sells home health equipment and accessories (Home Care Medical) and stopped in to see if they had filters for my CPAP machine. They did, an no silly requirements, so I bought them there.
CONS: They don't go out of their way to provide good customer service
Friendly, helpful staff assisted me in selecting just the right piece of mobility equipment for my needs and explained everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. They also made sure I knew how to handle the equipment and transport it safely before I left the store with it. As anybody who uses (or knows someone who uses) this type of equipment, it can be expensive. But they accept all kinds of insurance and their prices are competitive with iother companuies that sell the same type items.
PROS: Prices are competitive
Been there 3 times, 3 different stylists. Stylists always had too many loud conversations going on between them about their personal lives. They yelled over my head and across the room to each other. The last time I was there, the stylist never even listened to me or made eye contact with me so I got up and left before she started cutting, since she obviously had no idea what I wanted. I won't be going back.
PROS: They frequently mail coupons
CONS: Stylists talk to each other too much when they should be talking to you
