Stay away from this insurance company. We had a very bad experience with them! They cancelled our homeowners policy and we had never made a claim on it in the 2 years we had it. We had our cars insured through them also and only made 1 claim in 4 years. It was extremely difficult to get insurance after being cancelled, even if it was ofr no reason. No one, even our agent could give us any reason as to why we were dropped. So frusterating!
This is a very nice complex. The rent is fairly competitive. When I lived there a couple years ago it was 650 for a 2 bedroom, I believe. Its fairly quiet, and you really don't ahve to worry baout huge parities. All the apartment layouts are nice, and make for a lot of useable space. I defnitely think that this os one of the better complexes in South Bend.
This is a hard place to find deals, but they've got a great selection of high-end sporting goods. They have a ton of skiing and snowboarding supplies, as well as other cold weather gear like coats and hats and such. In the summer, they carry apparell also, as well as lots of skating equiptment. The staff is good at helping you pick out what you need.
My family loves Noah's Ark. Its very large, so you can eaily spend the entire day there without running out of things to do. Admission is somewhat expensive, and then there are a number of additional expense like lockers and intertube rental for the wave pools. However, they have extremely nice and clean picnic areas, so that can help with the cost. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're visiting the dells!
This is a great place to mini golf. While a little on the expensive side, the character makes up for the mney you spend. The 100 holes are all over this mountain, complete with waterfalls and pirate ships and overlook bridges. You can get a great view of the dells area. The holes are veryy challenging too. You could spend a day just trying out all the holes!
The lines are, of course, too long and the rides are, of course, too short, but our family always has lots of fun at Great America. My personal favorite is batman, so we always head there first and are usually able to ride it two or three times before it gets crowded. The kids area is also very nice and it is well maintained. Buying food there is expensive, so it helps to bring a picnic to eat back at your car.
I've been taking my cleaning to Zikers and have been mostly happy. I do like their drive-up service. I have had a couple of occasions where clothes were not ready on the dates they should have been. One time I had to wait 15 minutes for them to find my clothes. But they do a good job and my clothes come back clean.
I've been coming to Emerald Cuts for awhile now and I've always been happy. The stylists stay up to date on the lastest trends, so that you leave with a fresh style. I get highlights too and they do an awesome job on those. I am always very happy with my color, and I don't get the funny undertones that I do sometimes at lower end salons. I'd recommend it as a great salon in South Bend.
I've never been to Fast Eddies for ahir services, but I did go for tanning. It was very reasonably priced, even without buying a package. I was able to pay as I went and the bulbs seemed to be in good shape and I was able to get a good tan. The staff was nice, and they were never very busy when I went, although I did make appointments, just to be sure.
This place is awesome for home improvements! We bought our kitchen there and they were so helpful with everything. They helped with the design and gave us lots of suggestions on how to maximize the space. We didn't feel rushed like we did at many other stores. They can order just about anything in for you, and they will make sure that you are 100% happy!
