'Dishonest and Deceptive Pricing'
They quoted my wife $32 to groom our 9 lb Maltese. When I showed up to pick him up they charged me $40.50. My wife had removed mats prior to bringing the dog. Nothing on the invoice could have even added up to $32 so I guess they are deceptive from the beginning. $40 to run clippers over a dog is rediculous.

CONS: Hidden Charges, Bait and Switch pricing.
