I have a home warrenty and they sent Eckstein and Shane out to my house on 2 different occasions. The 1st was to replace my hot water heater the day before I moved into my house. I was so happy with them because I found out the water heater was broken on Thurs. eve and called int home warrenty who had Eckstein call me the next morning . They came right out after I told them we were trying to move in and they came in and replaced the water heater on friday.
Then my airconditioner broke and the warrenty company sent them back out and they were nice enough to explain how my system worked and that the warrenty company wouldn't probably cover the RIGHT way to do it - So we were able to fight with the warrently company to get the job done the right way so things wouldn't break again.
I just had Apremier Chimney Sweep to my house this morning. I called them to come out yesterday and they had an appointment this morning. The worker(owner) was very nice and was able to fix my damper and clean my chimney in about 45minutes. The rate was very reasonable they give a discount this time of year(spring) .
Also, they had a large industrial vacum to suck up all the suit and ash and there was no mess at all left behind.
I am very happy with Apremiere and will use them again next year.
I needed 2 new tires on my van. I have been calling around for prices and got an average of $65. per tire from most places. Michel tires had a special for $44. a tire I called down and asked if it cost more to move the front tires to the back and they said no. I got down there and my $44.00 tires ended up costing me around $62. each as you need balance charges and valve stems ect. I was disappointed and felt tricked . The service was fast and the guy at the counter was nice enough - I don't recommend going into the rest room though - I won't go into it but it had not been cleaned for some time.
Over all the price was right in line with all the other places I had called so be sure to ask how much is the tire when it's on the vehicle.
When we bought our house we had no ideas what was in-store for us with a septic tank - Not long after we moved in we started having trouble - we called Tri State Liquid Waste and they came out right away - They have a video camera they run down the pipes and they found our problem - They cleaned up our waste and we were back to flushing with out back up again in no time -
My Mom & Dad bought a storage shed from Gazebo Junction - and they couldn't be happier - It is a very nice shed with a door and windows - they use it as a work shop - I know they were very satisfied with how it was delivered . I drive by it all the time and love to look at all the kids play sheds and Gazebos - they also have Amish Crafted Lawn & patio Furniture
After years of living at my house all of a sudden my finished basement started leaking - We lived with it for a while but what a pain - we called in H. A. Bittner to come take a look - He explained to me why it took so long for the basement to leak and we put them to work fixing the problem - We had to pull up the carpeting and they jack hammered down one side of my house to the other - then they installed a sump pump in my garage then repaired the damage they had done - I have not had a drop of water since in my basement and I love hearing the sound of the sump pump working - No more sucking up the water myself. I also know of other satisfied people who have used them for other work also and every one was happy.
The last couple of years I have had a major tick problem - They were everywhere (probably due to all the deer in the area) They were on my dogs, kids and crawling in the house it was terrible - I called other places and they didn't treat for ticks - I called Trinity and they did - I have been having them come out every year now for three years at the first sign of a tick - The stuff he uses get rid of them in a matter of weeks and through out the summer we only see an occasional one - The people at Trinity have always been super friendly and nice - I would highly recommend them.
If you haven't been in the store and you have a kid you have to drop by. They have so many educational toys and activities - they carry many of the Mellisa & Doug activity items - they have teaching books for all grade levels - If you cant find what you need in here to help you little one learn something then you can ask if they can get it for you and they will try. I really like going in to this store they also have a variety of older time toys too.
The Pour House Bottle Shop has a great selection of Draft Beer - they have a draft truck you can rent - they have liquor - wine - and craft beers and a few party supplies. What my husband likes best is they have a section of beer that you can mix and match a six pack of - He likes to try different beers with out buying a bunch at a time.
When I first got married we lived in the Country Hill Apartments - We lived there for 2 1/2 years. As with many apartments we saw many people come and go- We had a 2 bedroom apartment and what we liked about them was they were fairly large and they have attic storage - that was fantastic and a laundry room in your apartment - What we did not like about them was parking was limited - often had to find a spot far away from you apartment - also the walls were thin and could here babies cry - kids & moms scream the guy who seem to be building the ark all day and night the other guy who was always in the attic. The guy who drove a diesel truck and liked to warm it up right outside our bedroom window - Nothing like waking to the smell of diesel in the morning - But for as apartments go it was roomy but noisy
PROS: Roomie with laundry room and attic storage
CONS: parking is limited - walls are thin
