I love homemade baked goods, so this is the place to go to get a good supply! It has tasty baked items of all kinds. They're fresh and oh-so-good for you! The service is fast and friendly, too. The only downside is that the prices are a little higher than I would want. I don't come in that often for that reason, but it sure is nice to splurge just to get the good taste of these items!
There are a variety of movies available here, it's close to my home, the service is fast and friendly, and I can get right in, pick out the movie I want, and get back home. I like the convenience of it being close to my home, as well. The store itself is set up in a way to make movie-finding easy, and if I should run into a snag, the staff there is always available to help my find what I want and provide answers to any of my questions.
I have lived most of my life around the Colorado Springs area. Ever since I can remember, my family visited this zoo regularly. We even held family passes for a number of years. My early experience at this zoo had helped me cement my vision of becoming a wildlife veterinarian. The zoo is clean, and the location is unique. You couldn't imagine where all these animals could be placed on the side of Cheyenne Mountain. Yet, they have created enclosures that are spacious, clean, and fitted to the animal's own habitat. The animals, for the most part, seem to be happy here, so it's a pleasure visiting these animals and getting educated about them. Also, this zoo is instrumental in helping endangered species reproduce, so their kind can live on. For example, the wolf woods offers a beautiful, private enclosure for wolves to reproduce, so they can be introduced into the wild. Their contact with humans is minimal to aid in their reintroduction to the wild. I love this zoo so much, that at 13, I volunteered at the zoo until I went to CSU to begin my career as a wildlife vet. I'm now a veterinarian and love going back. Visitors will not regret coming here to see and interact with the animals. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning about all the animals there in a unique setting.
I am now a veterinarian having gone through school here in Fort Collins for my entire college experience. I discovered Savers the first year I attended college here. It has some very cool vintage clothing, and other items as well. I come here often to pick up items for my home. I also can create some pretty awesome styles with the clothing I buy here. The prices are what make that happen when one is on a meager budget while attending school!
Ever since this restaurant opened up years ago, I, and my parents, have been going to this restaurant regularly. Their menu is to die for! It is truly a Mexican food restaurant with meals that are flavorful but not hot-spicy. They do provide mild and hot salsa for their chips, so you can get a spicy salsa, if that's your taste preference. They give you enough chips and salsa to feed a crowd, so you can eat, eat, and then eat some more. Their plates are LOADED with the best-tasting food on their menus. There definitely is no shortage of servings, either. You can really walk out of there FULL! The ambience is great, too. I feel like I'm really sitting in a little restaurant in Mexico somewhere. I LOVE it!
Although, Woodland Park is my hometown, I live and work in Fort Collins. When I come home, though, I definitely find this store the best place to go to get some of the things I need, as well as just some of the things I like to have. Their prices beat out any in the area. The store is clean, and the items are easy to find. The staff are always there when you need them, and they are more than willing to help you (with a smile).
I love coming here to get my cat food. My parents come here too, with their Pomeranians, to buy dog food, dog toys, bird seed, etc. The Pomeranians LOVE being able to come inside. They actually feel like they're special. Of course, they don't see themselves as dogs, so coming into this store is like they're shopping, too! The prices are pretty good, and they have a good variety of cat and dog food that's high quality. I only purchase quality foods for my cats, and my parents only purchase quality food for their dogs. It's fun to walk through and see all the variety of toys, too.
Colorado State University not only provides an excellent education for future veterinarians, and support staff, but it does it in the most concise, professional manner. This is the place to bring a pet who is need of care. Their staff is friendly, professional, and most of all, skillful. You can bet that you will get the best care for your pet here, no matter if your pet is a dog or cat, an iguana, or a horse or cow! The facility is premier! It has up-to-date equipment for diagnosis, as well as treatment. I would recommend CSU's Vet care to anyone who wants to get the highest possible positive results for his/her pet.
Even though King Soopers gets pretty crowded from time to time, their sales make up for battling the crowds. I also enjoy the convenience of shopping near my home. The store itself is pretty clean, and they do have a nice area of soy products which I use consistently as I'm a vegetarian. They have a good selection of MorningStar Farms products which are my all-time favorite. They, too, are usually on sale, so the price is very reasonable.
