We have a Riccar vacuum cleaner that we have been happy with for a few years now until recently it would turn off while using which became very frustrating. I took it back to Evans three times before it finally got fixed. They tried replacing different items until they figured out it may be the motor and/or circuit board. I admit I was not very happy about going back that many times before it finally was repaired correctly but the bottom line is they did make me a happy customer and the price was definitely right, no charge for all these replacement parts. I will be a return customer. My sister bought the upright version of this vacuum cleaner a few years ago and I have never heard her complain about it. I would recommend Evans to anyone looking to buy a quality vacuum cleaner.
The last time I had my hair cut, styled, highlighted, lowlighted will be my last time at Ultra at the new Arlington Highlands. After paying $220.00 which shocked me since I never paid that much before, I am very dissatisfied. I was charged 50.00 for the cut and style because she is a "master" stylist. I returned in less than 2 days to have another stylist re-cut and style because I could not do a thing with the first cut. One side was longer than the other. I was charged 15.00 for a conditioner and 20.00 for the shine glaze which was not discussed with me beforehand. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Ulta. I have since asked different people about the same services I received, and the price does not even come close to what I paid. The first few times I had my hair styled, highlighted, etc. I was very pleased.I thought I finally found a place that I could stick to. I am very disappointed now.
