Same comments as other customers. I have braces for almost two years and I have a check after I finished my braces. They told me that I have 14 cavities when I don't really think that have this many. They charged me close to 100 for each tooth w/ discount of 20% off. After they charged me more than a thouhsands for my teeth filling (even though I have DELTA Dental Insurance). So, anyway, their new office and staffs keeo messing up with me. schedule you an appointment and have you wait for more than an hour and cancel the appointment and reschedule it. They freaking drove me nuts, Next time you showed up at your appointment,they sent you back because oh.... electricity outage. They always have bunch of reasons to mess around w/ you. If you live next to the dentistry and have tons of time to kill, then go for this.
Oh, finally,... I told them that I am moving to LA and I scheduled an appointment and hope to take care of the last filling. Still, I showed up and they sent me back and reschedule it because they claimed that I cancelled my appointment myself (when I actually DID not).
no more.. I told them to refund me the $85 I paid for that last tooth. They said ok... but it has been almost 3 months and still not refund me yet. I plan to write a letter to State of California-Consumer Affair to complaint about it. It's really ...seriously the worst dentistry I ever been to. Oh.. the Manager's name is Elaine Lim.. Every time you call, she will avoid you. She made the secretary ask your name first and always said she is out or out for lunch or something..something.. and something...
