I have been taking my VTX1300 here for service and upgrades for the last several months. I have found the level of customer service here to go above and beyond. There have been times when I've walked in the door 2 minutes before they closed to order parts and the guys at the parts counters were patient and friendly while spending the next 20 minutes finding the right parts for my bike, and then matching lower prices I had found elsewhere. I mean you really can't top that.
The service has been fast and accurate as well, my car is a Lexus, so I'm used to having stellar customer service when I go in and Xtreme Honda, while not quite at the level of Tampa Lexus, is very close.
After reading several pleasant reviews, we booked a weekend at this camp site. When we arrived we found that our campsite was a mess, the picnic table was missing and there was broken glass around the area where we needed to setup our tent. After cleaning the glass away, and setting up our tent, it was up to my Fiance and I to carry a picnic table from 3 sites away, an empty site which had two picnic tables.
Once we had finally gotten our site setup, we headed to the restrooms to wash up. Their restrooms have doorlocks which require a key code to get in. I assume this is to keep everyone in the camp paying their rent. Ok, so not only were the restrooms disgusting, I mean it's a camp site, the expectations were very low, but when I went in, the air was thick and stale, and smelled of urine, but worse than you can probably imagine.
