Zuri Boutique

The salon itself is attractive, but the services rendered are not worth the cost! I thought paying a high price meant quality results, but not so at Zuri. My first visit was for a style and cut (I was referred by a friend), and although I wasn't so impressed, I decided to go back to get highlights and see the color specialist that my friend recommended. I left there incredibly disappointed; I spent a fortune & the results weren't all that impressive. To top this all off, as I awaited my turn to pay my bill, I overheard a conversation between the receptionist/cashier and another staff member about her experience having worked at Hooter's...this conversation might have been less shocking if I was standing in line at a Great Clips...but an overpriced salon in Cherry Creek? To say the least, I was a bit disgusted by this very unprofessional level of customer care! Spend your dollar elsewhere!!!
