Michael B. Jones, DDS
I was 16 when I went to Dr. Jones and it was the first big procedure that I needed done in my mouth so I was scared. Dr. Jones put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. He explained everthing that he was going to do and what I might feel afterward so that I would have the knowledge to not be afraid. While he worked on my teeth he told me about dental school and the classes he took and stuff to keep my mind off of my fear and had NO problem answering any questions that I had, and being afraid, I had a lot. At one point I started to fall asleep in the chair (even with the drilling!) and he had to wake me. That's how at ease I was there. His staff is also very friendly and basically catered to my cowardice. I am 24 now and the filling which is quite big is still in tact and going strong. Much better that Valley Family Dentistry who would rather have drugged me and knocked me out than answer my questions. My only wish is that my insurance covered me to go to him now. He would be my dentist of choice hands down!

The staff was nice, but the dentist was very rude and would not answer any questions that I had and I was left in the dark on what she was doing. Everytime I tried to ask a question she told me not to worry about it that I was not the dentist. Regardless if she is the dentist or not I was paying HER (with cash) not the other way around and I have a right to know what someone is doing to me and what they are putting in MY body! She also yelled at me when I flinched in pain because the novacaine wore off becuase it took her 6 hours to do a drill and fill. I did not appreciate her underhanded attitude. Plus the filling fell out less than a year later. I would rather have a tooth abscess and crumble and fall out than go there again. It was the worst dental experience of my life!
