Left Bank Brasserie
Our family loves Left Bank. The interior is adorable and the service is friendly. The food is good (not the best ever) but very delicious. Great place for a large group.
Cathy Jean
Cathy Jean has great shoes, especially for young adults (and hip adults)-boots, cute heels and sandals. They are not always the most comfortable, but they are cute and reasonably priced.
Mephisto
I would buy all my shoes here if I won the lottery (shoes are pricey) but they are extremely well made and last forever. Very comfortable, especially for work.
Hartz & Soles
Hartz has great shoes--dressy and casual and they are chic and fun. They also have great purses (again, very chic) and wallets and belts and the like. Not inexpensive but original.
Any Mountain-Concord
Not quite the huge selection like REI, but this is a great store with very knowledgeable staff and great gear. I outfitted several people for a backpacking trip quite successfully here.
Boundary Oak Driving Range
Boundary Oak is beatiful and has great views. It is a nice place to hold an event, like a wedding. The course is decent and I really enjoy the driving range as well.
Aerosoles
I love Aerosoles for work shoes! Boots and sandals too. They are not the most uber-hip or chic, but they are very comfortable and many styles are very tailored and professional looking.
Aveda Environmental Lifestyle
Aveda is awesome. They have terrific products made from natural ingredients you can't find anywhere else. And they smell delicious--especially the mint!
Tommy Ts Comedy Club
Tommy T's can be a great evening out for drinks and comedy with friends, and the price is generally reasonable. That being said, it really depends on the comedian whether you will laugh!
Clarks Shoes
Nothing beats the feeling of clarks. They aren't the most high fashion but they are very supportive. Great sandals in the summer and good loafers in the winter.
