I am so disappointed in this practice. This was our third visit. We have a very quiet, calm 7 year old son who is very scared of the dentist. He has a very sensitive gag reflex. I always make appointments for the first thing in the morning before any breakfast to make the visits easier. Well this morning we had the worst experience. We had the first appointment of the day. She was cold and impatient. She got fed up with him closing his mouth and after very little effort she got a clamp and without explaining what she was doing she clamped his mouth open in a mean and uncaring manner. She offered not explanation and did not even try and calm him she just got more annoyed as he was fighting it as he was panic stricken. He ended up sobbing. I will beat myself up forever for not there and then ending the appointment. I will never take him back there. She has set him back 2 years.
