They do a great job and work well with kids. They make the situation fun, and the environment is very friendly. There are lots of things in the room to make your child feel comfortable and to play with.
everything here is complete junk. not only that, but the area they keep the poor animals they sell is horrid. the conditions are disgusting and the animals are 99.9% of the time sick. to the poster underneath me, those dogs all come from backyard breeders and puppy mills. that is exactly why your dog was sick. they breed them to make money and could care less about their well being from the day they are born. that is awful that it happened to you, but to anyone else out there, avoid the puppy shop as well as any other pet shop that sells dogs/cats/animals.
The insurance so far has been fine, but the customer service reps. are hardly anything to be proud of. In emails they can hardly speak english, type in all capital letters and use words such as "u" "r" and so on. It is quite annoying and unprofessional. How can you get anything done if you can't understand anything they are talking about?
I have never had a bad experience with Toni and Guy. I went to them for many years until my hairdresser left to start her own business. The staff are always fun and coming up with new ideas.
This store normally carries pretty decent clothing along with great prices. They do carry plus sizes as well, which are sometimes hard to find and be cute.
I went to Dr. White for many years and he is an amazing dentist. Very gentle and the entire procedure was always comfortable. There are tv's for you to watch during your procedure as well. His work is amazing.
I liked the staff here and the vet. The only downside was the vet had no knowledge of pet foods and when I started talking about Innova or California Natural she was clueless. My cat has reoccurring crystals and blockages, so this is why we went. Luckily enough it was just a UTI and we left only spending $80! They are a great place.
The apartment complex had no amenities at the time, but for the price it was very nice. The apartments were split up into 4 to a building, and were all inside. Your doors were inside of a main lobby area, so you didn't have to fiddle outside in the rain for your keys or anything. The area was pretty safe and had easy access to 35 as well.
I lived here for 10 months before I moved. I did have to move out early because of this. When I moved out they charged me $750 for new carpet in my apartment. Funny enough, I had the carpet professionally cleaned at it was spotless. They ended up dropping the charge to $150 after I showed them what the Texas law said about replacing carpets in rentals. Also, the parking is HORRID. If you are not home at 5pm everyday, expect to park at the opposite side of the complex.
On the good side, the apartments are very nice and safe.
The clinic is clean, but the vets are all about the money. I seriously think they work on commission here. When I first got my 2nd Sphynx I took her in for a checkup required by the breeder. The vet told me she had ear mites and insisted on all this medication and swabbing. After asking her if she knew anything about the breed and her replying with no, I told her it was just dirt and she needed her ears cleaned. She then brought me in an itemized bill with "high end" and "low end" prices. She once again had the ear mite stuff on there. I ended up leaving paying $42 and still have a perfectly healthy cat. They also charge $115 for a microchip.
