Kotta Sushi Lounge
Kotta is a great place to enjoy sushi. The atmosphere is high class and the staff is very attentive. Our particular waiter was able to guide us to great choices and helped individualize a couple of things to suit our taste! That's service!! While the price was a little higher than some competitors, the meal was great! I recommend it!

Every athlete needs a little more to make them the best. Zoom Sports does that! Jim Sweiter and his training staff have built a solid reputation for transforming an individual. And, even the pros come to Zoom to train. Members of the NFL, CFL, IFL, and IWFL train at Zoom. They have specific programs for football, hockey, softball/baseball, track, soccer, and more. They also provide physical therapy, chiropractic care, and personal training. Zoom staff is first class and care about each person who comes in for change! I love training there and highly recommend it!
Solare Spa & Cafe
I absolutely love Solare! While I have not tried the spa part, the cafe is like a hidden secret in Frisco. They have incredible food, great prices, and a warm and inviting atmosphere. When other chain places are busy, Solare is perfect for a lunch with friends, spouse, or even for a meeting. You can actually hear the person you are with. The omlets are my favorite but the turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries is delicious! All their salads are unique and wonderful!
